Ordinary Legacy is an RPG server with a storyline, dungeons and city building. The server is divided into 3 worlds: “Avalor” – the world of RPGs and quests, “free lands” – the world of classic minecraft with a Towny plugin and “quarry” – a special world for extracting resources. In the RPG world, you cannot break or build, but it is possible to buy a plot in the city. There are characters who issue quests, as well as dungeons and various locations. PvP is enabled outside cities in this world. In the free lands, you can equip your home, or even become the head of an entire city in which other players will live. PvP in vacant lands is disabled. Privates on the server are created using the Towny plugin, which means that the player can settle in one of the cities by purchasing a ready-made house or plot for construction or create his own city. The set of mods is unique and unusual. Installed plugins are focused on comfortable and long game play.

The server has a unique assembly of rare and interesting mods, including: Biomes’o’Plenty, Mine & Blade, Custom NPCs, Gany’s Mods, Aquaculture, GrowthCraft. The full list can be viewed here:

Hidden XP system:
Whenever you talk or walk/run to places, players earn hidden XP in order to rank up. Chatting in public will give you more XP than walking, however ranking up will take quite a bit.

Chat system:
Normal chat has a chat distance of 50 blocks, while shouting is across the entire server. To shout, just put an exclamation mark at the start of your sentence.

Basic commands:
/rules – Display the rules
/help – Displays help
/sit – Makes your player sit down
/msg – Private message a player
/tpa – Request teleport to a player
/home help – Displays help for setting up homes

Hey my name is Pit and I’ve been working on this server for a couple of weeks now.

The server is in beta and anyone that is interested can play on it normally but we lack a few things.
Don’t complain as I’ve stated what were missing and whats not working, be patient.

All the basic plugins that I have installed for our factions server are listed below.

– SaberFactions
– EssentialsX and any surrounding plugins
– ClearLagg
– Votifier (not configured)
– Vault
– GuiShop
– CombatLog
– Wild
– SilkSpawners
– LuckPerms

I’ve properly configured a bunch of things but there’s still some extra things I’d like to work on, get installed or configured.

Some things I’d like to install:
– Crates
– Envoys
– Donation Ranks (w/ website and an immediate response system to ensure players that they will receive items even if staff is offline.)
– Exact world borders for specific areas (Overworld, Nether and End)
– Private Vaults (/pv 1, pv 2 etc)
– duels (for people that want to fight without losing their items)
– rankup for specific ranks

There’s more but I can’t think of any at the moment.

Some things I’d like to get configured properly:
– CombatLog (attacking any mob will give you combatlog)
– Disable Factions shop as we already have a normal shop
– adding links to Votifier’s config
– number of homes is limited to 1 even though the config has other ranks set with higher #’s of homes.
– Silkspawners plugin (normal players cant place anything other than pig spawners

There’s more but I can’t think of any at the moment.

Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience with plugins
– At least 2 years of experience with factions
– Know your way around server files
– Have a discord account for back and forth contacting
– Above the age of 17

Viking Era – the classic from 2015

Set in Scandinavia during 800-1000 A.D you arrive at the small settlement of Uppaccri. Here you can start making your way up the ranks of old Norse society through player interaction and NPC quests. The crafting system is very limited due to 2 reasons:

Stay somewhat true to the time era, but still allow fantasy
Make progression a bit slower, which suits a Role play server, and increase the dependency of trading – both with players and NPCs

We strongly encourage our players to stay in character when interacting with players as this helps build on the very concept of the server.
Players are invited to create their own settlements when they reach a high enough rank. Player built settlements will host NPCs, quests and shops.

The server is in no way ready for public release but fully playable for a minor group of testers. All testers will get official recognition and something small to give them a head start in this early medieval Scandinavia.

We are 100% Vanilla other than some custom villagers at spawn and the VanillaTweaks Player Head Drops and Armored Elytra Datapacks.
