SCMS is a modded java server on 1.20.1 Forge to have fun and meet new people and chill with built in voice chat but there’s a limit to who can join and i want to make sure the most qualified people get in :D, there is pvp allowed but only if both sides agree to it or both sides are “beefing” but must always have a reason to pvp.
All the rules are fairly simple just common knowledge like don’t cheat and to not steal and grief for no reason. Some of the mods are BiomesOPlenty, The Aether, The twilight Forest, Alexs Mobs, Deeper Darker, and more. Grind the cool mods and have fun with others. The server started less than a week ago so it’s not too late to join so fill in the application and i will view it as fast as i can.

Hello stranger, I’m Fox, the owner of Sphinx, and I have been so for around 4 years now.

Sphinx was recently mass griefed, and we’re now getting her back on her feet.
If you wish to be a part of this new chapter you’re incredibly welcome, the server is filled with amazing strong-minded different people and I’m sure you can find your place here.

Here’s a bit of information about the server so you can judge if it is something for you:

– the player base is majorly between 15- and 20 years old, we do not accept anyone below the age of 13.

– the server uses a voice-chat mod (proximity-voice-chat) to make communication fluent between members and keep it lively.

– the server had 2000 members but does now have 200, caused by the griefing of the discord (mass banning by admins)

– We have the mod called “Origins” but other than that we’re close to vanilla, this means we do not have mods like Claims

– As for the origins on the server, we have 20 of them, all tested to keep within the same style and make sure nothing is too OP.

– The rules allow a lot of fighting before staff intervenes, as the server is meant to appeal both to those who do and don’t enjoy pvp.

GREAT PERFORMANCE!

Our vanilla+ modpack with many optimisers ensures minimal client-side lag. Server-side, we have 16 gigs of ram + a Ryzen 9 7950x CPU.

WANT BLOODSHED? WANT PEACE AND LOVE? HAVE BOTH!

The server operates on a Safezone-Borderlands system, where a continuously expanding 4k-radius area centred on spawn has claims, graves and disallows (unless with consent) griefing, killing and stealing. The Borderlands is much more resource-rich but allows griefing, killing and stealing and has no claims or graves.

THE ORIGINS MOD!

We have a very special mod, the Origins mod! Along with the 9 base origins, we have roughly 61 custom origins, all carefully reviewed so that we can make sure each one is balanced, unique and well designed! You can even suggest custom origins, but it'll have to be high quality. Of course, if you don't like this mod, or don't like your current origin, you can always pick Human or use your free three changes/craft an origin change.

Welcome! I just recently created this server, named after my suburb. The original intention of the project was to provide my friends and I a space to play. Now I am keen for expanding the community, and hope to see some new faces and build up a decent server that is ethical, fair, and fun. It is no secret that the popularity of Minecraft has generally decreased over the past few years, with many flocking to platforms such as Fortnite. I was one of those 15-year olds who played back in the day, if I had to guess it would be 2014-15-16. Like a lot of you, I got caught up with things in the real world and abandoned the game, only to play MC every few months. Seeing Mojang update the game with new features has taken me back, like 2 magnets. Many of my childhood memories stem from great interactions and relationships with some really cool people on some really cool servers. In attempt to recreate this atmosphere, I have made this server.
