Description:
We are trying to add some sort of story to the game, so with the help of Citizens and some other addons, we managed just that!
What we have to offer:
Quests
Jobs
Custom Overworld generation 512 blocks tall world (-128->384)
Custom Nether generation
Custom End Generation
Custom natural generating structures in all worlds
2 extra dimensions!
Extra hard mode (harder to kill mobs) and some added mob variations and abilities!

The player can do the quests, or play survival after the first quests are done, and once he/she leaves the spawn.

History:
This server existed since alpha, and it went through many changes, and in 2015 it went down. In 2022 we decided to start again, relaunch and add something we did not have before!

Our plans:
The server is still a work in progress, and just a few quests were added, and soon new quests and new content will be available, so please take this into consideration!
We plan to add some donation system, so we can keep the lights on, and offer a good experience to our players.

Superior game mechanics: Player to player trading commands, Stack up to 32 potions of any type, Tamed Wolves can level up and gain boosted stats. Items have a 10 minute despawn instead of 5 and are stored in a player grave along with exp. Level up to gain additional hearts at a rate of 1 heart per 10 levels. Harvesting crops gives exp. Earn money when you mine an ore of any type based on rarity. Earn money by killing players and loot their grave to steal their levels. Exp storage into a bottle with commands. Open enderchest, shulkers and use a crafting table by holding them then clicking. 27 types of fish that can be sold for money based on rarity and size. Trophy fish leaderboard and fishing tournaments. Fish bag with upgradable storage capacity. Purchase horses with boosted speed jump or health. Custom mobs, mob bosses and quest items. Ability to parry incoming attacks with a 3 second cooldown. We have an excellent moderation team that ruthlessly hunts down hackers to ban them. If you want something added to

TownThrive is a geopolitical SMP which focuses on prospering sprawling towns, trading, and also war. The server has an extremely active community and there is pretty much no end to all of it. The server has a very unique approach to gameplay with the Nether and End dimensions removed. You may be shocked from this, but it makes the server more immersive as you have to take a plane or a boat to locations on the map. The server has a vanilla approach and hands-off administration with no commands like /tp or /home as well as rules to prevent bad experiences.

Before you lies unlimited potential. Who will you be? What will you do? The possibilities are near endless. The only deciding factor is what you decide you want.

The shops at spawn will aid you in your journey using the server economy, you can be rich or simply buy the materials you need where necessary. Make sure you stop by the Super Duper Mart for great deals on build materials (And all the free cookies you can eat!) and then maybe travel down to Big Dave’s Pawn&Grill for great deals on various precious materials and well cooked meats! Then you can stop by the beautiful spawn-side park to admire the view as you decide what you wish to do!

You can have up to five homes utilizing the /home command, and protect each one using the griefprevention plugin!

Stop in and start your adventure today!

Also, small side note: If anything weird happens, contact the admins of the server. Do not attempt to interact with the players that have no display name, try to ignore the signs that randomly appear. It feeds off the attention.
