OurPlanet is a geopolitical server with a 1:1000 scale Earth map. Using the towny plugin, you and your friends can create cozy towns, or massive empires; the choice is yours!
Since our map is so big, we’ve incorporated plugins to give you access to vehicles such as cars, planes, and more to help you get around the map faster.
The server’s history is in your hands! On OurPlanet the economy is controlled by the players, you can trade between each other, or use the towny currency system to make payments to others for goods and services.
We know that a lot of you love 1.8 PVP, so we’ve decided to implement the OG combat system (this will stand for as long as the playerbase enjoys this system, it is subject to change)
OurPlanet also uses a live map! You can view this map in your web-browser to see current claim borders, player locations and your impact on the world map in real-time.
Our staff care about the playerbase, we promise to make sure that you have a safe, fun experience; as long as you follow our rules so that other players can have fun too. You can rest assured, your builds are safe with us.
NEVER pay-to-win! In the past, we’ve seen multiple Earth servers alienate their player base by implementing pay-to-win features. We promise to keep OurPlanet fair, any in-game purchases (ranks etc) will be completely cosmetic, so that players who really love what we do can show their support.
We listen, if you have a complaint, suggestion or idea that you want to see in our server; share it with the community, if enough people like the idea, we’ll add it in! People have different playstyles, and it’s hard to make everyone happy; so we will try our best to fit what the majority of players want from their OurPlanet experience.
