A short summary
The KnarCraft Minecraft server was originally created in 2011, and was then just called Knar World. It was quite active in 2012-2013, but due to various factors, it wasn’t feasible for me to keep hosting it 24/7. It has been online periodically, and it’s been updated for every version from Minecraft 1.0 to Minecraft 1.18. Some buildings and creations have been lost to time, but the original KnarWorld map is still a part of the server. The survival map is a new one created on 1.17. The PlotWorld world is the same old one, including the buildings from the ancient Freebuild. The hub was created to have a place for minigames and arenas, and features working versions of arenas from KnarWorld.

The KnarCraft BungeeCord networkKnarCraft changed from Multiworld to BungeeCord in 2013 to allow unique plugins for each world and for better performance on multi-core CPUs.
The servers are tied together using my fork of Stargate, which is also used for navigation on the servers.
HubThe Hub server is the server every new player arrives at. It’s the server used for minigames, pvp and parkour. It currently has four PVP arenas, two mob arenas, two CTF arenas, a Spleef arena and a BlockHunt minigame.
CommandsThe Hub server has clickable signs for joining minigames, but if you for some reason want to, or need, to manually join a minigame, here’s the basic commands:

/ pa join – Used to join a PVPArena arena

/ma join – Used to join a MobArena arena

/bh join – Used to join BlockHunt

SurvivalThe Survival server is a basic Survival server using factions as the main method for protection. Citizens and mcMMO are used to add some RPG elements as well. Factions don’t expire, so you don’t need to worry about your faction disappearing if you haven’t played for a week.

While Factions is used to protect land, you can lock chests by right-clicking them with a sign.
CommandsThe survival world has a bunch of commands, but here are some of the important ones:

/f create – Used to create a new faction

/f claim one – Used to claim a chunk for your faction

/spawn – Used to go to the spawn

/home – Used to go to your home

/sethome – Used to set your home

/back – Used to go back after teleporting to spawn or a player

/tpa – Used to request teleportation to a player

/qs journal – Used to get your quest journal. Some NPCs can offer quests

PlotWorldPlotWorld is the creative server. As the name implies, you choose a plot and can build whatever you want inside that plot. Each plot is 500×500 blocks. You can use WorldEdit inside your plot, though there is a block limit to prevent lag.
CommandsPlotWorld has relatively few plugins compared to the other servers, but some important commands exist:

/plot claim – Used to clam the plot you’re standing in, assuming it’s available

/plot auto – Used to automatically claim a random empty plot

/plot home – Used to go to your plot from anywhere in PlotWorld

/spawn – Used to go to the spawn

KnarWorldThe KnarWorld server features the original world from 2011. This was turned into a showcase world after some major griefing. After the new terraint generation in 1.18 though, KnarWorld has been expanded with new 1.18 terrain. While you can only look at things in survival within the original KnarWorld, it’s been made possible to freely build in Creative outside the original areas.
CommandsKnarWorld has the following useful comands:

/spawn – Used to go back to the spawn

/fly – Used to toggle fly mode

/speed – Used to set walking speed if walking and fly speed if flying

/warp – Used to warp to various locations

/gamemode – Used to switch between survival and spectator mode

Hi, I’m alt97 and I’m one of three partners running this Whitelisted Vanilla Survival Server!

The BuildCraft 2.0 Server was created to be a community that welcomed anyone that wanted to grow their platforms. Be it though becoming better builders, Redstone Mechanics or improving their streams. Intro

Some of the original community members have been working hard to bring back the server we once spent countless hours on. It holds a lot of nostalgia for us and we want the newer generation of Minecraft players to experience a different type of mini-game server. We have permission from the original owner, itsatacoshop247 (aka FriendlyBaron), and have access to the original plugins, maps and more.

Over the last year or so, we have completely re-coded the plugins to make them compatible with Minecraft Java Edition 1.17+, modernising them while staying true to the original. We are pleased to announce that the server is now ready for players to join, with the CookieSlap gamemode live and ready, and CookieSpleef / CookieDungeon coming very soon.

CookieSlap

CookieSlap is a simple PVP game-mode that consists of hitting players off one of the 130+ community built maps with a knockback level 25 enchanted cookie. Each round lasts 4 minutes, and the player with the most points at the end of the round wins.

A round might be one of 3 different sub modes:

Normal – Hit players off the edge of the map to win points.

King of the Hill – Reach the diamond block to become King of the Hill and receive a special power-ups and bouns points.

Race – Be the first to reach the diamond block to win points. When the diamond is hit, everyone is teleported back to the map spawn to race again.

The Shipyards

We’re a server that continues hosting the niche community of starship builders in Minecraft, whilst also opening our horizons onto other potential Sci-Fi projects, such as cities.

Our projects aim to include a high level of detail, sometimes in places which aren’t even visible. While this seems pointless to many, the goal of our builds is not just to create something that looks aesthetically pleasing, but also something that is impressive from an engineering standpoint. We try to build every conduit and every pipe needed that is possible for us to fit into the space we’re given.

In order to both expand the potential of quality in our builds, we use the TrekCraft modpack, which includes various textures made by many talented artists at TrekCraft, some models from the ‘Touch of Trek’ Resource pack, and various other popular mods such as vertical slabs. This all allows us to build to a higher level of detail, and makes the process just that bit more enjoyable.
In order to join, you will need to download this pack. The easiest way is by downloading the instance, which can be used on launchers such as MultiMC or Prism.
Then add the instance, which you can download below, to your launcher. You then only have to launch the game and change the settings to your preferences.

My wife and I started playing Minecraft over a decade ago and have grown a healthy community to play with over the years. We of course use Discord and if you're interested in playing with us, please use the link below to join and tell us a little about yourself before we whitelist you. We try our best to avoid kids and weed out any annoying players, so please don't join if you fall in these categories. Most of us are in our late 20s/early 30s. Our primary goal is to provide a truly vanilla experience, I'll include some other various information about our current world and playstyle below.

Age 25+, please.
No Ranks or Moderator positions. Over the past 10 years my wife and I have run this server independently and successfully. We also play the game by the same rules as all other players.
No area claim plugins.
We started a new map on June 9th, 2023 with the 1.20 update.
The world border is currently set at 10k blocks in every direction from spawn, but will be expanded in the future.
We're a smaller community with usually only ~8-12 players online at peak times
Render view distance is set at the maximum of 32 Chunks.
We play on Hard difficulty
We have a separate Legacy Server to view all our old maps, and a Creative server to play around or practice your build or redstone machine.
Our goal is to have as vanilla of an experience as possible, any exceptions to this are listed below.
Enderman and Creeper griefing are turned off (Villagers still work for trading and block editing).
We use DynMap.
We use DiscordSVR which bridges in-game chat with a Discord channel to allow everyone to chat with people in game when they can't be on.
AFK players won't be counted towards the total number of people needed to sleep in order to turn it to day.
We have a plugin that allows players to change their in-game chat text color.
The only other plugins we use are for grief protection (including rollback capabilities, chest locking, block edit logging) and chat functionality (changing text colors in game, and in-game chat from our discord server).

When you join our discord you will see we have a couple hundred members in our sidebar, but don't let that turn you off if looking for a small community. A large number of our members have joined in years past and since become inactive, as is the case for any long-term minecraft server.

My goal with this server is for us to work together on one massive project, and to have fun in survival Minecraft along the way of course!

What it is I am planning is on massive mega base. I would like to build EVERY farm that can be built surrounding or within a central building. something along the lines of a massive church or castle. Every farm must blend in with its surrounding and all builds suited to the build style. All farms will feed into one massive central storage area capable of sorting every item in the game. All item’s will flow into the sorting area via some sort of network that will allow you to see all the items flow in from all the various farms. The server will be in adventure mode for all players at first. This is so all players can come and view the world and enjoy the grand scale of the project.
