We hold a SURVIVAL system with TOWNY where you can own a town and invite residents in, along with a PVP sytem which switches between Day(OFF) and Night(ON). We have WAR enabled between Townies where both sides have to mutually agree to go to war, and you are fully able to conquer another town! We also have a full ECONOMY system with MARKETS in spawn (or other places) that you can rent (with in-game currency)! When you’re bored of that survival grind, hop on CREATIVE PLOTS! You can own up to 12 plots and even merge them together!
Server features set aside, this was created to provide an extremely unique and original experience to the very familiar survival mode. This is a place where no staff/donor will have a 1-up on ANYONE. We come from being experienced with staffing on different servers and have knowledge in how to properly staff.

This server is a playground for some of the most experienced individuals in terms of knowledge of Bukkit Minecraft servers. After being branded with a different name and seeing an average monthly traffic of over a thousand people, we know what people are looking for from a server. Kelp is our newest project under the new identity of SurgePlay. The server is a survival based server and boasts multiple plugins as well as a fully functioning rank system for our users to enjoy.

The world of Minecraft is currently facing the feared COVID-69 pandemic, it wreaks havoc all across. As a result, the council has put the world in lockdown to prevent further infection amongst its citizens.

The players are discouraged to leave their homes, except for essential travels such as:
– Going to the bar
– Travelling the world
– Getting that strip mine setup
– Surviving that dungeon
– Tending to your potato farm.

Our custom plugins introduce a new danger as players can simply get infected by gathering in groups or getting into contact with carriers and others players.

Once infected, players will become a carrier for the virus, lose health over time and will have to fight their disease to stay alive. If you outlive your infection, you’ll become immune for as long as you stay alive.

Survival is for the smart, and the strong.
