AsteriaCraft is an early-stage fantasy server set in the realm of Asteria, a land full of magic, adventure, and astral mystery, where players form kingdoms and create their own stories. KEY FEATURES

TOWNY — Start your own town and nation with your friends or join an existing one to make new ones. Towny allows players to claim protected areas of the map to safely build in, this is where you can participate in the world-building. You can make sprawling metropolises dedicated to worshiping your mysterious gods, or a nation built on wealth and trade. The limit to what you can create is up to your imagination.

MCMMO — MCMMO introduces skills and abilities into Minecraft enhancing the native mechanics whilst extending the gameplay in ways that feel natural. With over 13 skills to train, there are many different paths you can take to mold your experience. You can become the best swordsman in the land and lead nations to victory, or a strange nomad-alchemist who sells potions only they have the knowledge and skills to make.

CUSTOM GENERATION — The overworld was generated using custom terraforged generation. The goal of using this generation is to make playing and exploring Alathra a refreshing experience compared to vanilla. With our custom settings, we believed we reached a perfect balance of a “minecrafty” world with an enhanced experience (not just giant mountains/unbuildable terrain, cool landscapes are uniquely spread out). When exploring Alathra you can expect to see rivers that actually connect to oceans, beautiful mountain ranges, harsh deserts and many more upgrades to vanilla overworld generation. In 1.20.1, Stack of Grass Season 2, is a smallish server hosted in Australia with intent to have a close knit community with a focus on socialising and world building!

So, in short, what makes us different?

Player Base:

Whitelisted. Preferably 18+, we are looking for a chill ambiance on the server. This is the ideal server if you are looking for something calm with mature people.

The Gameplay:

Stack of Grass is trying to offer a "Vanilla+++" feeling to the world of Minecraft by adding Mods that enhance the building and adventuring world with several ways to progress through the game! The main feature mods on the server are “Ars Nouveau”, “The Graveyard”, “Chipped”, and “Mystical Agriculture”. There are a few QoL mods such as “Sophisticated Backpacks”, “Sophisticated Storage”, “Farmer’s Delight”, and “Waystones”. You can, therefore, expect A LOT more food, and A LOT of decorative items to make your area as attractive as possible!

The Commands:

Player have access to /home /sethome and other teleporting commands. Waystones are also available.

The In-Game Social:

We have integrated a proximity voice chat to the game for ease of communication, so a mic is a plus! Stack of Grass is trying to create a heavy emphasis toward community building in the sense of town building. Players are rewarded for establishing towns and creating "town building".

The Server Life:

Admins on Stack of Grass are adding scripted Dungeons. Rewards upon completion will be newly available after a few minutes. Gather your friends and take on the challenge we are creating to open various treasure chests and get that sweet, sweet loot! We are also making little events for everyone to enjoy and get the community together.

Edit: Just as a general note, this is not a new server and this season has been running since early April, 2024. If players been at different levels bothers you significantly, this may not be the server for you. This is our second try, or sequel to our previous server, Mia's Origins SMP. We shut it down around a year ago but we decided to try again! We reopened relatively recently so don't worry about being late.

This is a modded, 1.20.1 Java edition server based around the origins mod. We have plenty of origins to choose from so we’re sure you’ll find something of interest! The modpack we put together was made to enhance and build on the origins mod. Such as proximity chat, new structures and generation, food and furniture, some silly additions, and even a new dimension!

We do our best to moderate and keep our community a safe and welcoming place. That being said, poor behavior and failure to follow the rules is unacceptable and will be dealt with accordingly.

Just a really small map where people are forced to fight or team up for resources, with a neat clan system that allows you to make your own teams, clan wars, or whatever you really want to do, we still have a lot of stuff pending but the server is already running! its a really nice survival-pvp experience, not for everyone!
