ProjectInfinity is a server dedicated to the infinity snapshot (20w14infinite), it’s based around the idea of a multi-dimensional in-game community where people can share the stable dimensions they’ve discovered and have adventures in them together, for those of you who have never heard of the infinity snapshot it was originally an April fools snapshot uploaded to the Minecraft launcher on April 1st 2020, the update includes 2 billion randomly generated dimensions accessed though a set word. This word acts as a sort of key to the dimension its connected to so that when written in a book and thrown into a lit nether portal it creates a gateway leading to the dimension you have chosen. Although it seems like a joke at first glance, the update contains many beautiful and unique dimensions you can explore and even live in!

You are free from almost all rules while your here excluding a few, if you break these rules too many times you’ll be banned:

-Before you enter a new dimension on the server you MUST test it in single player with alt+f3 on, so you can see whether or not it will crash the server.

-Dont crash the server

If you do not follow this rule and end up crashing the server more then twice, you will be banned immediately and permanently.

This server is meant to be a place where you can play minecraft with others, basically no rules besides no hacking and no lag machines. Besides that anything goes. There’s no complicated spawn bullshit or complicated commands, it’s a pretty simple server. If any admins abuse they are immediately demoted to member so you don’t have to worry about admin abuse like in other servers and moderators only have access to watch over you, not to creative or anything. Feel free to kill anyone you like, steal anything you like and do whatever you please. Maybe group up with some friends? Start up a community where you can all build? The possibility are quite endless, you can set up to 2 homes. And with a combat log system, if anyone logs out while in combat they will be /killed.
