We try to keep the server mostly vanilla, but we recognize that some vanilla features are not conducive to PvP. For this reason, some enchantments and items are limited.
We will constantly be looking for ways to improve balance, as well as the overall experience. We strive to be always improving.

Epix 4EVA SMP is a minecraft survival multiplayer server that gives players many opportunities to do whatever they want! Make nations, build whatever you want, play with your friends, anything!
This isn't the first entry in the Epix SMP series, but Epix 4EVA adds the addition of cores, better vanilla compatibility, & longer lasting uptimes!
Each milestone will have their worlds reset every 6-12 months based on community approval + voting on which changes could be made for the next milestone world. Previous milestones will have 6-12 more months of uptime depending on activity. Once it reaches its end, it will be officially shut down and have its world files archived for the public domain.
Epix Cores are obtained after defeating the Ender Dragon. They contain very useful items (diamonds, netherrite, gold, etc.) and can be placed on top of an active beacon to unlock it.
There are 3 types of Cores that you're able to obtain after defeating the dragon that are randomly chosen by chance.
Gamma Core [Lowest chance of obtaining] – Has the most value of items
Beta Core [Moderate chance of obtaining] – Has lots of valuable items, not as much as gamma
Alpha Core [Highest chance of obtaining] – Has valuable items, though not as much as the others

On top of a vanilla SMP, Here are a few features that make this SMP unique:
● Vanilla Anarchy (Players will be on the same playing field. This means no hack/cheat clients, unfair modifications, or exploits This experience should bring you back to the old days of Minecraft when there were no rules, but everyone was on the same level.)
● Bedrock Support (Support both Java and Bedrock editions, so everyone is welcome to join, regardless of which device you are playing on.)
● Trade System (Allows you to trade items with anyone no matter how far away you are. This prevents item scamming and creates a global economy.)
● Head Drops (Heads will drop from your enemies! Whenever you kill another Player or Mob, you have a chance to receive their skull.)
● Leaderboards (Compete to be better than the rest of the players in combat, building or mining, and or more. We have a system that tracks statistics of our top players in certain categories.)
● Fixed Phantoms (Unlike many servers, we have fixed phantoms to work correctly. When you go to sleep, In addition, they will leave you alone for 7 days.)
