You can use the advanced combat mechanics and dual wield, or you could ignore them and fight the vanilla way. Shoot a boomstick, or throw spears like a caveman.

Zilla’s Modded is a Forge 1.7.10 modpack server based on the idea of playing how you want to. There’s something fun for everyone, whether you’re a technical player, PVPer, builder, or anything in-between. We’re looking for more players, so tell your friends!

Quick tips:
* ‘G’ opens up the crafting guide, and clicking “Set item” allows you to search the item list

A Brand New 1.7.10 server that attempts to captivate the best of magic and fantasy mods in a lightweigt bundle.

We chose this version as it offers some ICONIC magic mods that simply cannot be replaced, like Witchery, Thaum 4, and Botania. We also included MineFantasy II, but gutted some of the more tedious parts of it so it’s pure casual, pure fun.

This pack puts emphasis on community and accessibility, so lightweight even a Macbook Air from 2015 could run it! Yet so packed full of content, it’d take months to fully complete.

We are a community centric survival world that strives to strike a balance between vanilla gameplay and multiplayer features that keep people around! That means keeping core features like griefing and open world PvP while allowing greater interactions with custom TP commands at limited scope.

Gameplay:

Vanilla as possible:

Nether roof is good to go and bedrock break all you want. Don't even hesitate to make a stacking raid farm! Any vanilla farm you can dream up will work for us, and if there's issues always hit up our #support ticket system. TnT and rail duping is good to go! We aim to add the best community features to the server to keep things interesting, while minimizing changes to classic MC gameplay like griefing and PvP.

Hardware that screams:

With a 30 million block diameter world and allowing complex farms, we needed to go for the best hardware. Our Ryzen 7 keeps us going along with optimized settings to cut our lag in invisible places to our players. This allows us to support up to 50 concurrent players and still keep a minimum render distance of 10 chunks. On top of this space is saved over time with dead chunk culling every 2 weeks.

Friendly staff:

Our staff team has gotten to know each other after many various server endeavors. They are experienced at what they do and we are always looking to take on great new individuals. We also believe we strike a great balance of allowing loose speech while still applying mutes and bans when things get out of hand, all in the judgement of our staff.

Zaffeine SMP is a small whitelisted survival Minecraft community focused on having an extremely vanilla survival multiplayer experience. The difficulty is set to hard and there will be no economy, claim, teleportation, or other semi-vanilla mods. The only exceptions include the Simple Voice Chat mod that provides proximity VoIP for the server and the new 1.21 blocks.

Zaffeine SMP is a small mature 18+ community. This allows us to run a fantastic small community and run our server with very few limitations. We expect new members to bring a desire for fun and collaboration but also a high level of maturity and good communication skills.

The server is currently run by me, Zaffeine. I am a life long gamer and engineer living in the USA. I work a full time job but I am happy to administer and manage the server in my spare time. I have been playing and enjoying Minecraft since 2009.
