As you can see, premium is not p2w. The tp cooldown is quite long, and normal players still have access to tp to normal town spawns via /n spawn.

Each state is located in its own time, depending on how the citizens decided it, the strongest survive, so the states are deleted after 80 days of total inactivity and the next immigrants have the right to it.
Everything you build stays there forever, it’s a project that has been produced by many others, so the map itself, as well as all the creations of its players, are regularly backed up to multiple discs.
