FAQ-Why the lack of tpa, /auctionhouse, and dynmap?-We wanted to make a server which is slightly more challenging, we’ve seen a lot of servers where it’s a common, repetitive, series of events. Often it would go like:-Harvest some item, make a farm focused on a single type of economy, often villagers-Tpa to a player in demand of said item, or put it on an auction house to make easy money!-Repeat process till you can afford itemsWe didn’t like how this process is often and consistently reappearing, and with the inclusion of wars with towny, we wanted to make it so the PLAYER has to map the world using minecraft maps and cartography tables, develop trade routes, watch out for bandits or thieves, arrive and secure the payment, then return home safely, with wars we also wanted to make it much more challenging, so you have to scout out a town before you attack it!
-What sort of custom items?-We show off a few in our trailer, but to see you’ll a lot! We constantly update our Black Market too, which is where you buy said gear! Very powerful but very expensive as well! Primary source of money is JOBS! Using /jobs browse you’ll be able to join jobs and gain money! You can always trade with other players for money as well, and can set up a chest shop too! A lot of the items revolve around combat, including Vampiric, venemous and all sorts! You can do /enchantinfo (Enchant) to see what said enchant does!
-Why should I join?-We’ve worked hard on our edition of towny earth for several months, we’d appreciate it if you at least gave it a shot with some friends :), as a gift for trying out our server, we’re giving away 1 free Prestigious Crate to everyone who replies in this thread with their username!
-How do wars work?-It’s a system called flagwar, and will be gone into more depth in our coming Starter Guide, which will be posted in the discord! Two nations will enemy each other, then one places a fencepost in the other one’s plot! Assuming you manage to fend off attackers, you’ll gain a sum of money, if the defenders break the flag, the attack is over and they gain a sum of money from you! You cannot be attacked if you are a nationless town, or if you toggle peaceful in your nation for an extra daily charge!

PhongCraft is a hardcore survival multiplayer server with vanilla game-play on the hardest difficulty, and a small number of quality of life plugin additions and a unique points leader board system. No rules for PvP or griefing, hacks of course are banned and blocked in all ways possible. We here at PhongCraft enjoy a difficult, but fair experience.

This Server bans players who die for 12 hours. Every week, the server also regenerates the map with a new seed and wipes player inventories to begin all over again. However you can gain points throughout the week by selling items, killing mobs or bosses and even by killing other players (Combat-logging not permitted) . Your points carry over into future weeks with you, so that you may use them at the start and throughout, and maintain your leader board position. Obtain the highest number of points by the end of the week when the server resets and you will be crowned the winner of the week, and you will gain a “win rank” attached to your name in chat displaying your number of wins! You can use the points you gain in the market to get a quicker start or extra resources, but beware as PvP is enabled everywhere but the weekly starting room! In the weekly starting room you will get a kit and a guide that will be given to you to review the ins and outs of this fast paced hardcore experience. You get one bed for your base that can only be placed within a square radius of spawn called the Base Zone, keeping action close and compact, but don’t worry, you won’t lose an unplaced bed if you die. /spawn is disabled! So to get back to Spawn one must make the dangerous trip over to it, as its also the only place players can heal to full health! Natural Hp regeneration is disabled in PhongCraft in favor of a more interesting system focusing more on regeneration healing items, your hp will slowly heal to halfway full in the Base Zone, but only in Spawn will you be able to heal fully, leaving yourself open to anyone else who might be doing the same, or going to use the market!
