We dont just have one, we know as a network that not everyone likes the same kind of survival. so we made 3! these different realms have different play styles for every player to enjoy ranging from the basics where its almost pure vanilla but with claims, and player shops, to claims, enchantments, player shops, gui shops, custom kits, custom enchantments everything! theres a place for everyone!
Factions:
Once again we dont just have one but three factions servers! and this isnt for the same reason. Factions hasnt changed much over the years its been out and the staff at skylight wanted to change that. but dont worry! your classic 1.8 style factions is still there to play, along side a 1.17 based factions with custom armour, tools, gear, and enchantments aswell as op factions for the players looking for a little more exitement!

VanillaSquad is a private server designed to stay as close as possible to the feel of vanilla Minecraft. Here you’ll find a huge open world, a friendly community, and minimal restrictions. The server uses custom-made plugins and datapacks that preserve balance and do not break the spirit of classic survival. There are no teleports, land claims, donations, starter kits, or any other “freebies.” All of this helps maintain a true vanilla experience and offers players something that’s hard to find on other CIS servers. Survive, build, create, communicate, and make new friends!
You definitely won’t get bored here. Players can open their own shops with a well-thought-out trading system that prevents price destabilization. VanillaSquad also regularly hosts events, contests, and activities that you can both participate in or organize yourself. Fair play is our top priority. Griefing, cheating, stealing, and toxic behavior are strictly prohibited. Any such violations result in a ban, and damaged builds are restored by the administration. The server also has a system for quickly identifying rule-breakers and passing information to moderators, who respond to reports as fast as possible. Aggressive behavior in chat is also not tolerated—those who break communication rules will be removed from the project for a long time.
The VanillaSquad administration is a full team, not just one person. The main administrator, plugin developers, technical administrator, managers, accounting, and moderation team—all handle their own responsibilities to ensure stable and high-quality server performance.
Financial stability. Many servers shut down due to lack of funding. We have taken care of this in advance by creating a reserve fund that allows us to maintain the project even during temporary losses. This means the server won’t suddenly disappear. We’ve been running since 2019, which is the best proof of our reliability and serious approach.
