How To Play

Players are encouraged to work together and or build/survive their nations and towns to their will. Everytime you die you will lose a heart and after you lose all you will perish. PVP is enabled and so is voicechat. All players have equal commands and permissions and there are no ranks. If you die you may be revived with a revive beacon or you may simply craft more hearts to survive. There are no rules apart from senseless griefing, you may raid and steal if you need but it is not encouraged. Each town will have its own laws depending on player activity.

Player towns may be eligible to host spawn locations if setup properly.

(Server restarts 2 times a day to keep lag at bay!)

The Land of Narzoo (Public) 24/7

Community vanilla server with plugins for added difficulty such as modified/hardened Ai, light grief prevention and a few other plugins to make the game feel refreshed and difficult.
Players can protect their builds but every time you die you will lose a heart (Unless another is crafted) PVP is enabled and the rules are as follows: Theft and murder is allowed in Narzoo, Players are encouraged to fortify to protect their builds. Griefing in Narzoo is NOT allowed! NO OTHER RULES! Apon depletion of all hearts, you shall be banned and all claimed lands will become unclaimed.

Players are encouraged to create the most powerful towns/governments of the server to maintain server order or to either compete as one or fight for victory! (Players can also earn ranks/titles and potential staff)

HOW TO PLAY NARZOO

-NO GRIEFING NO CHEATING ONLY
-Rules are created by per town by per player on rule boards (You can only get jailed not banned for breaking them only within their town border)
-Strongest governments control spawn (Narzoo) and its players futures.

(BLOODNIGHTS)
-Something cataclysmic happened within Narzoo’s timeline very long ago, ancient armoured skeleton’s, zombies and their minions roam the night. There is a 60% chance for a bloodnight to happen everynight resulting in buffed mobs, scripted events and more.

(HOW RAIDING WORKS)
-Apon death you will lose a heart, lose all hearts you will be banned and your land will become unclaimed no more no less. (You may be revived)

We are a semi-vanilla Minecraft server that focuses very much on our community. New Horizons started at the beginning of June. We are a community-oriented server with a love for the vanilla aspect of Minecraft.

New Year, New Season!

In the new year of 2022 New Horizons is embarking on a new journey starting completely fresh with a brand new world! If you want to be part of this exciting new start from the moment it launches, now is your chance. Season 2 of New Horizons opens in 1.18 on the 7th of January 2022!

New Concept:

The New Horizons Server has always and will always be an SMP Server. We use Plugins to help enhance the player experience, however, nothing game-breaking ultimately making us a Semi-Vanilla server.

For the second season of our server we are adapting a completely new concept onto the SMP server.

The Overworld – There is a border surrounding the spawn point that has been set out on the server. We are currently building a main road together, that will lead west, towards the expansion. What’s the expansion? Well, the expansion is the direction in which the border will gradually expand west. The border will reveal more land to explore constantly!

The Nether – Will not be the main way of travel. There will be a few community portals, but the main way to get around will be the Overworld. Of course we do allow and encourage players to build in the Nether as well!
