We have many game-enhancing plugins like Craftory Tech, which adds tech-mod style systems to Vanilla Minecraft, EcoEnchants, which adds many custom enchantments, mcMMO, which adds a skill and leveling system, a LandClaim system, and a full Economy system, with player-created shops.
