The map is an eternal deep warm ocean biome with floating island generation. Basically this is less minecraft and more Davy Jones’ locker. Scattered shipwrecks are your only source for growable food sources and some select resources.

Rules:
1.No griefing, stealing, or attacking other players or there animals
2.No cheating, x-ray, exploits, or hacked clients
3.This is a mature server. While mods try not to censor chat bullying, trolling, spam, or just being arrogant are not NOT allowed.
4.Follow proper nether portal protocol. Portals causing issues will be removed by staff.
5.AFK fishing is restored to 1.15 functionality, however there is a 30 minute kick timer. Methods to bypass the 30 minute timer are against the rules. AFK fishing should be used for grabing something to eat, using the restroom, seeing what your mom wants, ect… NOT for sleeping or vacation.
6.Discord is required. If you leave the discord i will take it as you have left the server and your property will be free game for any other players to take.
7.Building at spawn is not allowed. It is for server builds only. There is no shopping district. You may build your shop wherever you want and I will create a warp to it. (Waiting for PaperMC to update to add a warp plugin. If plugin allows would allow shops in the nether or end. Should be soon.)

What is Hermitcraft?
Hermitcraft is a Minecraft Youtube series where whitelisted Youtubers impressively build up a Vanilla Minecraft world. Typically this includes making large scale builds and complex redstone contraptions. R4Mv is a semi-vanilla Minecraft survival server designed for players who enjoy a more authentic survival experience.
The server is called semi-vanilla because it keeps the core gameplay of vanilla Minecraft, while only adding a few necessary systems such as CombatLogX and anti-cheat to keep PvP fair and prevent abuse. However, unlike many modern SMP servers, R4Mv does not include conveniences like /tpa or /home. Exploration, travel, and survival are meant to feel meaningful and earned.
The server is currently looking for players from Asia, especially those who enjoy long-term survival worlds and community-driven history.
