Novidium is a simple skyblock server. Where you build an island, complete challenges and visit/build shops.
The server exists because of my own nostalgia for a server that existed 8 years ago. A skyblock server without quests, overwelming UI and tons of "new" features added with plugins.
However, sadly enough, most skyblock servers nowadays seem to be either an entirely different game, or completely vanilla. Novidium is somewhere in between.
Challenges
In this version of skyblock you can complete simple challenges (like get 64 sugar cane) to earn items otherwise unobtainable. For example dirt as a reward for sugar cane.
This makes those items rare, sure, but not as limited as in vanilla. It also gives a purpose to farming items. For example, the cactus challenge gives players sand. This means cactus farms are basically sand farms.
Economy
Another core part of the server is the player-to-player economy. There are (currently) no admin shops or "bazaars" on the server. All trading/buying/selling is done between players.
To sell items, players need to build a shop, physically on their own island. Shops are made with chests and signs, but making your shop look more appealing will of course attract frequent visitors.
Leaderboards
The main drive of the game (apart from challenges) are the 2 leaderboards.
-balance leaderboard (for the richest players)
-island leaderboard (for the highest level islands)
These leaderboards give you a long term goal, and make it easier for people to find islands (and the shops on those islands)
I know this server won't be for everyone, but it might be my favourite version of minecraft ever. So I hope others enjoy it as well.

We're an in-development/beta server dedicated to 3 main points:
We try to provide a variety of content, however given how small the development team is (at the moment, only 3 builders and 1 plugin developer), updates and changes will take a long time. Basically every mode is being re-imagined (Our first of these will be Tower Defense coming out this month!). Given this nature, features, playerdata, and basically everything else isn't perfectly stable, and may change in a flash. Now is the perfect time to come playtest and not only help grow our community, but to help find issues and propose new ideas.
BudderCraft is extremely strict on preventing cheating of any kind. Due to this, no mods (except those listed towards the end) are allowed, and this will never change (except potentially for Fabric, Forge and Lunar in the far future when we can limit their functionality). No bedrock modding will ever be allowed mostly due to console users having no legal way of obtaining them. Any intentional ways to get around this will result in a permanent, unpardonable ban. However mods aren't the only way to cheat. Any other forms, weather with ways of automation (hacks, mods, resource packs, we don't allow them atm, but a whitelist feature will be added someday) or not (game exploits, alt accounts, "win-trading" – where people in competitive modes play for a specific result rather than trying to win individually, and many more), all cheating rule breaks will almost certainly result in an unpardonable ban. Any form of piracy will also be given the same treatment. Since Minecraft isn't considered abandonware (meaning its no longer sold anymore), you cannot pirate/steal it, and there is no excuse that can be made to justify it.
A central point to a fun online game is to only allow fun and friendly people to play it. Anyone being rude for no reason, whether in a competitive environment or not, will not be tolerated whatsoever, especially if it involves personal attacks against specific traits of the person (race, sexuality, gender, etc.). While there is a way to breach this unpunished, not only does everyone who can see the content have to have explicitly said they're ok with it, but mods and admins can disallow it for any reason (mostly to prevent people from harassing others behind their back). • The server that I created “for myself”, but it turned out to be to the liking of many. This server was not created for earning money. This server is my hobby. There is no donation in the form of creativity, administrator rights and other nonsense, so you should not be afraid of aggressive children with privileges, who from the very beginning of the game spoil the entire atmosphere of the game in Minecraft. Everything is very simple here, but at the same time with taste and without imbalance, which I have been going to for a very long time and finally came to. Now here you can have a great time with quite interesting people, or survive alone, without feeling inferior to the guys with donations, since they have no influence on you. Everyone is equal here, because even moderators do not have access to creativity.
• Server facts:
• Wipes only occur during the server transition to new versions (but players can transfer buildings if they wish).
• The server has a difficulty level of “Hard” and also a high spawn rate of raid monsters, so it is really dangerous here at night
• There are privates on the server. Since we do not have a WhiteList, we need to protect your buildings from being classified and this is the most effective method (if you are building something large and you do not have enough privates, the administration will allocate you as much territory as you need)
• We do not have the ability to purchase creative, fly or administrator rights.
• Built economy with a system of minimum prices for some valuable goods. Economy is needed in order not to use barter, which is quite imbalanced (since it does not exclude the possibility of instant development of new players with loss of interest in the game already in the first hours) + it cannot be configured and controlled
• A ban on distributions is added to the well-established economy, so you can’t just go in and get all the valuable resources instantly
• The server is constantly being improved and optimized, so you don’t have to worry about stability and the absence of any technical problems
• It never happens that something is added to the server and works crookedly, because each innovation is carefully worked out and, what is important, translated into Russian. Everything is done qualitatively, right down to adjusting notifications and elements of the new system to the general color scheme of the server elements
• None of the plugins ruin the vanilla gameplay, but only simplify it in some aspects (obviously, no weddings, hookahs, trampolines and other interesting tinsel for children)
• We have a minimum donation, which is balanced, and when it is balanced, I always consult with the players.
• For those who found the achievements in regular Minectaft to be insufficient, the BlazeAdvancment achievement pack was added and fully translated into Russian

Novidium is a simple skyblock server. Where you build an island, complete challenges and visit/build shops.
The server exists because of my own nostalgia for a server that existed 8 years ago. A skyblock server without quests, overwelming UI and tons of "new" features added with plugins.
However, sadly enough, most skyblock servers nowadays seem to be either an entirely different game, or completely vanilla. Novidium is somewhere in between.
Challenges
In this version of skyblock you can complete simple challenges (like get 64 sugar cane) to earn items otherwise unobtainable. For example dirt as a reward for sugar cane.
This makes those items rare, sure, but not as limited as in vanilla. It also gives a purpose to farming items. For example, the cactus challenge gives players sand. This means cactus farms are basically sand farms.
Economy
Another core part of the server is the player-to-player economy. There are (currently) no admin shops or "bazaars" on the server. All trading/buying/selling is done between players.
To sell items, players need to build a shop, physically on their own island. Shops are made with chests and signs, but making your shop look more appealing will of course attract frequent visitors.
Leaderboards
The main drive of the game (apart from challenges) are the 2 leaderboards.
-balance leaderboard (for the richest players)
-island leaderboard (for the highest level islands)
These leaderboards give you a long term goal, and make it easier for people to find islands (and the shops on those islands)
I know this server won't be for everyone, but it might be my favourite version of minecraft ever. So I hope others enjoy it as well.

Origins: This server is sequel to Union SMP after it was shut down by the owner while it still had an active community. It happened to be shut down right before the very anticipated server update to 1.20 leading to the creation of this server. Union SMP was notable due to it being promoted in a Youtuber named Salc1's video where he tried to ask for OP on Minecraft servers.

Hello everyone, my name is Conner the founder of BodGaming.GG. Today I'm writing this post to hopefully share with you guys my upcoming "Network" that I am pouring my soul into. The biggest issue I've seem to run into with Minecraft servers over the past couple of years is simply due to the fact that there feels like there is no "soul" to them, they're all just a bunch of cash grab popup for a month run away servers. But I plan on bringing something different to the table. Introducing BodGaming.GG.
For a quick little backstory of myself, I’ve been involved in the MC community off and on for almost 5 years. I have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to servers and would love to create a community that will last a lifetime, but lets get into the current “roadmap” for BodGaming.GG
What started as just a simple Vanilla Multiplayer server, quickly had me realizing I could offer more, ALOT more… With Vanilla Multiplayer setup, I could now focus on the next gamemode I think MC has been missing. A proper Hardcore implementation that is more “multiplayer friendly”. With the introduction of new features of the past couple of years I’ve realized this is possible.

The AussieSMP is an Australian hosted Survival server with a small community of players from around the world. The server is a whitelisted application-based server, if you would like to join you will need to use the link above. This is put in place so that players feel safe that their builds will remain intact and that we don’t have anyone who won’t fit in to the culture on the server. That being said we are always looking for new members and you are welcome to apply at any time!
The gameplay is mostly vanilla with some extra quality of life features like teleports, features that promote player trading and methods to protect from griefing.
If you are wanting to have a ‘pure vanilla’ experience, this server probably won’t be for you as it has some teleport commands and an economy backed by diamonds, but if you’re interested in that, then this server might be a good choice for you (and your friends!).
The server is hosted in Sydney, Australia, meaning if you are in Australia or New Zealand you’ll have a low latency to the server. If you are from somewhere else in the world you are also welcome to join us, just keep in mind that your latency might be a bit higher than the rest of the people on the server and players might not be active while you are on because of timezone differences.
The server is running the latest version so you can enjoy all the new features of the most recent update of Minecraft.
Many other survival servers modify various game mechanics, one of the main aims of this server is to not change too much of the Vanilla mechanics such as how entities act, villagers, terrain generation etc.
A decently sized shopping area that is filled with player created shops that promotes a feeling of community and helps players easily trade between each other. Players use diamonds as currency within these shops to trade for other items/blocks.
Getting out of spawn and into new lands is easy with the use of a random teleport command which can be accessed by right-clicking the NPC at spawn or by typing /rtp. There are also various other teleports that are made available on the server so that you can quickly get back to your base or check up on what your mates are doing.
The server has a land-claiming system that uses a golden shovel. Over time you’ll gain claim blocks that can be used in whichever server you play in, and when you’re ready you can claim your chests and builds to keep them safe from other players. This is purely an optional safeguard, many players don’t claim their land as the community doesn’t appreciate griefing so players who participate in that are very quickly filtered out of the server.
The survival server consists of multiple worlds which have plenty of new 1.21 chunks in them. If you like long-term survival worlds, the AussieSMP is for you! There are no plans to do a full reset of the main worlds ever.
The server is part of a growing network, so not only are there multiple survival worlds, there is a creative server where players can build without limits or just test their redstone contraptions.
Various external community resources such as, Automated Spectator Livestreams on the weekends, a Discord where players can find out future plans for the server or chat with other players, A wiki that has information and guides on how to use features specific to AussieSMP.
If you’d like to apply to the server you need to understand these rules. Not following them may result in a swift removal from our community.
