Have you ever watched Hermitcraft videos and wanted to play in a server like that? Well, you went to the right place, JengaCraft is a Vanilla Community Minecraft Server where we love to explore the limits of survival Minecraft through big and intricate builds and complex redstone projects, all balanced out with a healthy dose of pranks and shenanigans amongst friends. The server is 24/7, located in Vint Hill, Virginia with restarts everyday at 18:00 UTC. Backups are hourly.

On this server we like to work on big projects on our own and with the community, while also adding an element of player made shops! We like to
keep a small, but active community!

The current season started on 6/7/22, but many players have started recently and there’s still much to be done!

Rules:
Rule 1: We run on a method of trust throughout the server. We all love playing Minecraft, so lets have a good time! That being said, we will not tolerate any unwanted stealing or griefing, and anything in between.
Rule 2: The server has an age minimum of 15; we expect a reasonable amount of maturity from all JengaCraft members.
Rule 3: We do not allow any forms of duplication UNLESS they fall into one of these three categories: Primed TNT, Rail, and Sand/Concrete Powder (Falling Block Duping).
Rule 4: There will be no tolerance for any Cheating or Hacking.
-Approved Mods: Performance Mods, Minimap (without teleport functions), litematica, Simple Voice Chat (obviously), and Minihud. If you would like to know about any other mods, ping Polar or any Moderator and we will let you know if it is allowed.
Rule 5: No Doxing, Ddosing, or anything of the sort.
Rule 6: We will not tolerate any discrimination, unwanted toxicity, or anything that would make another member uncomfortable in the server.
Rule 7: Decisions about what happens in game are made by the community as a whole. Decisions about what happens in server files/mods/datapacks are made by the moderators, using community suggestions.
Rule 8: Have fun, and make sure your actions allow for others to as well.

Near Vanilla is a close-knit community server where we’ve created an environment where players come together to build, collect, explore, and have fun. The perks of being a member can be seen in our cooperative builds, player competitions, vibrant shopping district, and other events. Near Vanilla is an international, community-driven server. There is constant communication on our Discord, both serious discussion and silliness. On our server, we want to deliver the cozy experience of a group of friends playing the game together. This is also why our server is whitelisted, because everything is better when you can build a bond of trust with other players, and have fun without having to worry about griefing, theft, cheating or aggression.
Hat Gang is currently on Season 3!
From what first started as a casual group of friends trying to host a small server that they can enjoy for a little while, we eventually upgraded our server and more people joined, and now in the early third season we’ve decided to open up for new player applications from the public! You can find screenshots of creations from Season 1 in the images list at the top of the page, but we don’t talk about Season 2…
What plugins/additional features do we have on Hat Gang?
We like keeping our server similar to the Vanilla Minecraft experience, so we don’t have any plugins that are over-the-top or too different to how you normally play the game. However, we do have a few changes on our server from the Vanilla features. For example, you can build freely shaped nether portals, use wood in stonecutters and craft paper from bamboo, as well as a togglable Treefeller plugin that makes trees break completely when you break one of the logs.
We also have a Creative Mode universe for building/testing with WorldEdit and creative mode whenever you feel like it using a command to go from/to the Survival mode worlds. This command also saves your last position on both universes so you can continue where you left off, as well as separate inventories for each universe!
And last but not least, we also have a plugin that connects our server chat to our Discord Server! So you can chat with players on discord while playing even when they aren’t online on the minecraft server, as well as Geyser, which allows crossplay between Minecraft Java and Bedrock edition users on our server, with support for linking accounts!

Our server is currently on what we call “season zero”. Our main goal is to get our players together and comfortable with each other before launching into our first season. Rules
1) No griefing other player’s belongings. Unclaimed towns/settlements/chunks/blocks are fair game. Destroying blocks, placing lava, water, etc. Any form of modifying someone’s belongings is prohibited. Stealing from your own land and then leaving it is also not allowed.
2) No advertising servers and irrelevant links. Do not talk about other servers or products. Self promotion in general.
3) No spamming, cheating and abusing bugs/glitches. If you find an exploit, report it ASAP. Prolonging a report when you’ve obviously already taken advantage of it is bannable. This includes but is not limited to duplication glitches, money glitches, any form of exploits that gives you an absurd amount of items and/or currency within a short amount of time. Any form of clients that give you an advantage over a player.
4) Modified clients that give you an advantage over other players. Such as x-ray, blinking, reach hacks, etc. Example include but are not limited to If you can kill players easily, or find diamonds without even making an effort, it’s a no go. Minimap and waypoint modifications are allowed.
5) Be respectful towards others. No racism, bigotry, sexism, or slandering of others. Treat others the way you expect to be treated.
