Public entities or OO are any public organizations, for example Settlements, Guilds, Secret Organizations, various clubs, LLCs and Cities. Create OO anyone can – just write to the administration a message containing:

The name of your OO

Description of your OO and its type (Town, village, Secret Organization, Guild, Laboratory, etc. that comes to mind).

The player can join either the Settlement or the Guild. But, at the same time, he can unrestrictedly join other Public organizations. You cannot be in several Settlements or Guilds, but it is allowed to acquire property in other Settlements and Guilds, as well as other OOs, without restrictions.
