About MCBall –http://mcball.net Hi, I own http://mcball.net! MCBall is a Minecraft Paintball Capture the Flag server with many unique gameplay features. It is mostly undiscovered when compared to larger Minecraft servers but has been in constant development for years.

What is MCBall? Why is it unique?

MCBall, in its simplest description, is a completely custom Minecraft minigame that revolves around two teams, red and blue, trying to capture the other team’s flag and protect their own. The first to 3 captures wins the game, but it’s not that simple. Preventing you from capturing the enemy team’s flag is the entire enemy team armed with paintballs (snowballs) which kill on impact. When a person runs out of snowballs they must left click or press Q to reload. If a person dies he will respawn within 20 seconds at their team’s base. Also adding to gameplay mechanics arekits.

What are kits?

Kits are a large part of MCBall gameplay and add much variation and strategy. Any player can use one kit at a time and can select it by either /kit or clicking on the slimeball in their hotbar. Kits vary in what they do but they all influence playstyle and gameplay.Every kit has different killstreak effects at 3, 5 and 7 kills.

An example of a few kits are:

Sniper- Spawns with a rifle that can instantly kill a player being aimed at. Default of 30 second cooldown.

3 killstreak – Cooldown reduced to 20 seconds
5 KS – Cooldown is 15 seconds
7 KS – Cooldown is 10 seconds

Magneto- Can reflect paintballs back at attackers while reloading. Length of reflect depends on paintballs in inventory.

3 KS – You now gain the reflect effect when you return the flag. Lasts 3 seconds.
5 KS – You now gain the reflect effect when you pick up a flag.
7 KS – If you get hit by a snowball you will not die and your reflect will activate for 3 seconds. 30 seconds cooldown.

MCBall regularly hosts various competitions and tournaments and very much supports community involvement and participation in server development.We have just completed our 9th official tournament. a chill old-school skyblock that still has most of the newer Minecraft features. this server will be themed off the old abandoned way of skyblock where getting better stuff wasn’t about buying the most crate keys or holding the most alt accounts but playing to have fun and build islands that suit your play style whether that is full of farms cobble gens or mob farms, or those who build beautiful islands and hid the farms it will be your place to rebuild to your liking. it will hold many loved features such as pvp in its own arena and PVE in the mines to add challenge to getting the resources you need but also give you chances to risk more to gain more. there will be a mine to gather ores safely without mob interference. and all farming and grinding spawners will be balanced to hold the server economy in balance so that whichever side of skill you like in a skyblock won’t leave you behind in the battle for the top.

ClubTurtle is a server I created many years back to play survival with my friends, I’ve been hosting it using Server.pro and people have come and gone, but mostly only a few players stay, so I’m trying to post it online to try to get more friendly players. My wish is to have a server filled with wholesome or at least friendly players who build a community together; I want that kind of small-server/small-town feel where everyone knows each other.

The server is whitelisted for protection, on hard difficulty, keepInventory is on, and you get a few cosmetic permissions like nick and chatcolor. It is not a true survival, it has essentials and some other stuff, but no wild or rtp. This server has ViaVersion and ViaBackwards so players can join from v1.9 all the way to v1.20.2 but it is best to stay on the latest version so you can experience the newest features. We also have a heads plugin, armorstand editor, silence name tags, etc. The world border will expand a bit with every major update, and unused chunks will be reset to save space and make room for new updated biomes or loot.

If you have played on my server and like it, on the server page in the link below, you can donate some money toward keeping the server online as I have to pay for it out of pocket. I cannot use the money, it will go toward the server.

You can use nick the normal way “/nick [username] input” and the chatcolor is either “/chatcolor GUI” or “/chatcolor [color code]”.

The server is whitelisted, so if this looks appealing, you can message me on Discord and ask if you can join. My discord is turtlerunsslow.

TLDR: This is a very small server with a few players that are trying to grow. It is for friendly players who are looking for a small community server and it is whitelisted to protect it from griefers.

Server Rules:
– No griefing or raiding of people’s bases. This rule is the strictest rule.
– If you break anything around spawn (trees, village stuff, etc.), please replace it.
– Do not build or say anything vulgar, offensive, or NSFW. Keep the server clean or friendly.
– Hacks and cheats are not allowed.
– No eyesores or any bad-looking bases, farms, builds, etc.
– The server language is English.
