Who Are We? ViveSMP, a new Vanilla Hermicraft server that doesn’t use any land claim or teleporting to other players. We like to keep close to vanilla.

I have personally seen a lot of servers claiming to be Hermitcraft like but have plugins with land claiming. We do not do that, here at ViveSMP we stick close to vanilla. So you are looking for a hermitcraft style server? I think we have you covered. As of this post we have not even started yet, so join the discord and have your opinion on how the server will run. We have 2 owners who ensure long lasting seasons with a small community that will welcome you into the server. Who are we? A server that is resetting for a brand new season that is close to vanilla with only a few datapacks like head drops to spice up the gameplay. Did you old server limit you on farm sizes? Lag? Corrupt staff? Well not here. We have 2 owners who do not play the server but rather manages it to maintain everything. Staff only have ban powers to stop cheaters. We have our own developer who ensures 0 lag and creates custom plugins to maintain the server. Many join us thinking they will only try it out, but end up sticking around. Our small community ensures friendly vibes and a good time playing, our staff are always there to help you when you need it. I have seen many hermitcraft style servers using pay2win and land claiming. How is that hermitcraft? It’s not. So perhaps give us a try.

General Information and questions:

How old is the server? We are 1 month old. Seems old but its not. We have players spread out across gameplay positions. Some are rich and wealthy with mega bases. Some are not there yet. You are at no disadvantage and there is plenty more to do in the server. Many shops that need making, need stocking. Many more mega base designs needed. Dont worry about the age of the server join the community and let them welcome you in.

Why is it whitelisted? We use whitelist to keep the server maintained and compact. Using whitelist means we do not have hackers join on many alts and ruining the fun for everyone else. It also means we are friendly and a community all working together.

Why do I need discord? We require discord to keep everyone up to date on server changes as well as that you are easy to contact if need be. Bringing a further community vibe

How close to vanilla is it? We stick close to vanilla otherwise it’s just not hermitcraft. We have a few commands to make things easier like /home. That is it. A full server tweak list can be found on our discord page.
