We have abandoned relatively minor game mechanics, which means that complex farms, most likely, may not work stably. Classic simple farms are not affected. This allows us to improve the lag situation. As a result, playing on the server is comfortable even with a large online.
We are optimizing as much as possible, limiting the ability to build some farms. So we increase the maximum online that the server can withstand. We are a non-griefing, non-stealing, non-pvp, no bad language, family friendly community. All of our mods and admins have been long time players and will politely engage you the first time and take action the second time. Our community consists of 3-5 active servers as sometimes we load up an event server (such as Wasteland: Zombie Apocalypse) or a 4 day Scape n Run server “Infested”. We have 400+ members with 2-8 active on Embers at most times of the day 7×24 and 2-6 active players on Horizons. We have a number of players from around the world as one of our Moderators in from Egypt while we have players from Russia, UK, China and Brazil. We promote playing together instead of against each other. Our Vanilla server: Aster does have store/economy plugins loaded so item prices may encourage a bit of competition.
