With Towny at our core, an Economy is essential – All money can be earned by with /Sell.
Gold, Copper, and Emeralds can be sold in ANY FORM (Nuggets, Ingots, Blocks, etc.).
Selling items as Blocks earns 10% MORE than Ingots, and Ingots earn 10% MORE than Nuggets.
By default, you are a Nomad looking to Claim land to start your Town, or Join others.
ALL TOWNS HAVE RENT! Rent is based on Town Size and can be paid with your Bank by using /Towny Deposit.
This is where starting a Shop and Mining for currency becomes important.
If you don’t pay your Rent for a few days, That’s OK! All towns have a small Debt Limit, for safety reasons.
If you hit your Debt Cap, your town will be Deleted, leaving your base open to Attack!
Be sure to always have money in your town bank, so that you can feel safe when logging off!
If a Town gets large enough, it can chose to become a Nation.
Nations host Towns within their Regions, and can develop much more In-Depth Ecosystems.

Do I have to donate to the server? (Short answer is no.)
We do accept donations, but if you can’t afford it or don’t want to, there is a way to get everything you need by playing (all ranks are timed except for Elite VIP.) Loyal players that reach Elder get the same permissions. Voting for the server is a fantastic way to help our server grow even more. one of the owners has a well-paying job and is happy to keep the server running (since 2014) without donations.
The owners do have full-time jobs but are masters at working both the server and real-life work at the same time. We take your suggestions with priority, and we work FOR the guests in the game as well as working hard to manage/fix and resolve anything that comes up in an impressively short time. Finalwind is a server that expands Minecraft's endgame by adding custom items such as weapons, armor, and tools, and expands on content by adding things like daily events, quests, custom wild loot tables, and an economy.
How many times have you loaded into a survival server, just to beat the ender dragon, obtain netherite armor, then quit? While Minecraft has a lot of content, this ends fairly fast if you play often. Finalwind is a server that effectively creates endless content for players by adding clans, custom armor and weapons (some of which are very hard to obtain, and give a considerable advantage in PvP), events, and quests. Through this, a player is never 'out of things to do' as you might find yourself doing on a vanilla server. On Finalwind, there are minimal rules, basically only one to note; no cheating. Hey! Me and some friends have made a minecraft server that we are pretty proud of. Instead of having the same old gamemodes every other server has, we have created our own custom gamemode. Its basically a mix between vanilla surivval, factions, skyblock and prisons. You create a team, claim a base, and raid other bases using TNT (not the same system as factions). It has PvE elements in the form of bosses and dungeons, PvP elements in form of a massive warzone, PvP events like koth, and team fighting elements as there is a team top leaderboard. It only supports java for now, but we will add bedrock support in the future.
Now since this is a new gamemode, we are expecting a lot of bugs. Thats why we are looking for multiple people to help us test the server. The beta test will take today at 3 PM EST. Anyone down to test it?

As an RPG-based server, we've got a unique game-play experience that's tailored to players who enjoy building, crafting, and exploring. Our community is made up of players from all over the world, and we've got a large number of regular players who enjoy playing together.
Our main goal is to provide a fun environment with an old-school feel, where both long-term fans and new players can all get together and have a good time. We pride ourselves on our tight-knit community, and can't wait to see how we continue to expand.
We believe in building a place where everyone can enjoy the game together. We've got a no-map-reset policy, which means you can build and explore without worrying about losing your progress, but we continue to expand the world border with each major update.
We also have a claims system in place to protect your creations, in addition to regular world and inventory backups just in case of issues.
Aura Skills – Introduces skills and stats into Minecraft. Such skills include Agility, Excavation, Enchanting, and even Sorcery. Some of the stats include Strength, Regeneration, and Luck.
Acuteloot – This one adds in literally BILLIONS of new and unique items you can find. There's things such as specially named items, items with particle effects, and a few unique ones that add some fun mechanics to the game. You can find Acuteloot items in naturally spawned chests, or you might get lucky while enchanting.
In addition to the usual server accouterments, we also have an active Discord community where players can chat and hang out. Our in-game chat is also linked to the main Discord channel, so even when you aren't at your computer, you can stay connected! Here, you can chat, share builds, post shop ads, and stay up-to-date on all the goodies and news.

I've spent weeks designing/developing/configuring this server exactly how I'd like to play after struggling to find a server/community that floats my boat. Both Java & Bedrock players are able to join on any 1.21+ versions.
