Generic Roleplay Game: MC

GRG:MC is a 1.17/1.17.1 public survival server with a vanilla base, but with a few additions to keep things spicy. With plenty of endgame items available, you’ll always have something to strive for. GRG:MC will never be pay to win and donators receive cosmetic perks along with a few utility commands, such as /workbench and particles.

Features

Custom items, enchantments, and armor!

Some items that are special on GRG are sickles, files, and tomes. Sickles can be used to harvest crops in a wide area, files can be used to change the look of glass panes, iron bars, fences, etc, and tomes can be found in chests located around the world and can be used in crafting special enchantments! Land claiming and wars!

Create a land and claim chunks as your own. Got beef with someone? Declare war on them. You’ll both get time to prepare and when the war starts, griefing and PvP between the two lands will be allowed. If you’ve got enough people, you can even start a nation and integrate multiple lands as your allies! Both lands involved in the war must mutually declare war on eachother, so don’t worry about getting griefed if you don’t want to be.

Player-made portals!

For the low price of a netherite block, you can create your own portal to teleport to a location of your choice. Link two portals together and make it public to show it on Dynmap and let other players use it!

Gold based economy!

Trade with other players and pay your lands upkeep with gold nuggets. Finally, a better use for gold!

No griefing!

No need to worry about your builds/chests getting destroyed. With CoreProtect, you can see exactly who broke your items and admins can easily roll back any damage after punishing the griefer.

Our Discord server is fully integrated with the Minecraft server, allowing you to link your Minecraft account to Discord and interact with the server at any time!

Purge Survival MC is a great new way of playing Vanilla Minecraft. When we were creating the server the big problem we realised is new players are very often overshadowed by the players that had been playing for months, they had the bigger farms, massive storage systems and dominated any shopping districts.

Our solution? A weekly PURGE.

Every Saturday for 3 hours, stealing and PVP is allowed. This simple event has great potential for really turning the tide. Will you be like robin hood and steal from the rich to help the poor? Got a beef with someone and want to settle the score? Or do you just want to make yourself rich instead? Everything is possible during the weekly purge. Just remember, you may want to beef up the security in your base, as you soon may become the next target!

We have aimed to keep the server as vanilla as possible, but have added a few extras to help make your experience more enjoyable. Such as the fact you can claim the land around your base and have it shown on Dynmap (Disabled during purge, and claiming provides no protection).
Our rules are simple, no griefing, and no PVP or stealing outside of a purge. Keep it friendly and polite. Other then that, have fun!

iByteGaming has finally released a 1.16.4 server! We are excited to share it with everyone! One of the biggest questions when considering a new server, is, “What does this have to offer?” I’m going to break this up for anyone that is interested. We are running a Paper Spigot server, which means the server is very optimized and very lightweight. It’s hosted on a beefy dedicated server, collocated in a fiber-lit datacenter in California. Hillcrest is an SMP server with some extra features for those who are bored of typical vanilla. While the pure game is great, you have all seen it before. I have attempted to take some of my favorite plugins I have used over my Minecraft years to culminate a server experience that is fun, more complex and more rewarding than typical vanilla.
If you like pure vanilla and just the pure basics of Minecraft alone, this server probably isn’t for you. There is a huge amount of servers out there for vanilla.

Server Summary

It feels like a realm more than a server. Please apply for greylisting!

You wont be bogged down by protection plugins for large scale builds

We have avoided adding typical plugins like McMMO and rankup

World border is 15k x 15k, KeepInv is on and Difficulty is Hard

Server dynmap

200 Enchants (Thor, Beheading, Buchering, heaps of cool shit)

Slimefun (but with the super OP stuff disabled: androids, fortune 5 pics ect)

The server viewdistance is 14 (if you have a good pc like me this is magical)

Custom terrain to compliment a decent viewdistance (with a vanilla resource world)

Server Specifications
Because we run some pretty beefy plugins, have a high viewdistance, are on hard difficulty and have no mob caps we are on a top of the line hosting plan. We run on 10gb of ram and the dedicated core of an Intel Core i9 9900k. We will be upgrading to the 5950X when it is available.

SSMP takes survival multiplayer back to the fundamentals. We don't place limits on gameplay, as long as it doesn't break our simple rules. Join my new Town server, where resources are a bit more scarce, making mining more challenging and rewarding. The current map is on the smaller side, designed for close-knit gameplay, but it's set to expand as more players join. The focus is on creating a balanced and engaging experience, with plans to evolve the server based on community growth and feedback.

With no teleporting, players will have to travel traditionally to the spawn region to sell their gold. You can also pay for land claims here.

New players spawn in at Whale Island and can take the Hunter Exam to earn the rank of Hunter. Hunters can choose a class and acquire skills based on their class. Attributes and skills can be levelled up by fighting mobs and completing quests to earn xp. Players can choose to join an existing guild or create their own guild and fight against rival guilds in duels and wars. The server is in development and more features are being added everyday! absolutely adore this version of the game, i have the server setup (locally on my computer) and i have not played on the world yet so it is ready, it is a bukkit server but i haven’t installed any plugins yet, ill probably only use the lockette plugin tbh, anyway This server will have no rules with the exception of don’t try to ddos me, and i have prepared a dns for that reason specifically anyway, for now i’ll have the server on whitelist only but if it gets bigger i will turn it off, anyone interested drop your in game name and discord username, and when i have 5 players agreeing to be online during the grand openingi will make a discord server and a grand opening to the minecraft server, Thats about it thanks for reading
