Origins: This server is sequel to Union SMP after it was shut down by the owner while it still had an active community. It happened to be shut down right before the very anticipated server update to 1.20 leading to the creation of this server. Union SMP was notable due to it being promoted in a Youtuber named Salc1's video where he tried to ask for OP on Minecraft servers.

This is our second try, or sequel to our previous server, Mia's Origins SMP. We shut it down around a year ago but we decided to try again! We reopened relatively recently so don't worry about being late.

This is a modded, 1.20.1 Java edition server based around the origins mod. We have plenty of origins to choose from so we’re sure you’ll find something of interest! The modpack we put together was made to enhance and build on the origins mod. Such as proximity chat, new structures and generation, food and furniture, some silly additions, and even a new dimension!

We do our best to moderate and keep our community a safe and welcoming place. That being said, poor behavior and failure to follow the rules is unacceptable and will be dealt with accordingly.

In 1.20.1, Stack of Grass Season 2, is a smallish server hosted in Australia with intent to have a close knit community with a focus on socialising and world building!

So, in short, what makes us different?

Player Base:

Whitelisted. Preferably 18+, we are looking for a chill ambiance on the server. This is the ideal server if you are looking for something calm with mature people.

The Gameplay:

Stack of Grass is trying to offer a "Vanilla+++" feeling to the world of Minecraft by adding Mods that enhance the building and adventuring world with several ways to progress through the game! The main feature mods on the server are “Ars Nouveau”, “The Graveyard”, “Chipped”, and “Mystical Agriculture”. There are a few QoL mods such as “Sophisticated Backpacks”, “Sophisticated Storage”, “Farmer’s Delight”, and “Waystones”. You can, therefore, expect A LOT more food, and A LOT of decorative items to make your area as attractive as possible!

The Commands:

Player have access to /home /sethome and other teleporting commands. Waystones are also available.

The In-Game Social:

We have integrated a proximity voice chat to the game for ease of communication, so a mic is a plus! Stack of Grass is trying to create a heavy emphasis toward community building in the sense of town building. Players are rewarded for establishing towns and creating "town building".

The Server Life:

Admins on Stack of Grass are adding scripted Dungeons. Rewards upon completion will be newly available after a few minutes. Gather your friends and take on the challenge we are creating to open various treasure chests and get that sweet, sweet loot! We are also making little events for everyone to enjoy and get the community together.

Edit: Just as a general note, this is not a new server and this season has been running since early April, 2024. If players been at different levels bothers you significantly, this may not be the server for you. With vanilla ice cream is a Java Fabric Minecraft survival server looking to add to our community! We are starting a new season right now, on Minecraft 1.21!The server is in New York and sports 64GB of RAM and Hermitcraft datapacks.We ask that you be at least 16, but this is not a deal breaker. This server is LTGBQ+ friendly. We are an active community with vibrant personalities from across the world in our third year of playing together. Many players choose to play with friends and family.

We have done many server events in the past season, including a custom dimension and boss for Halloween, and a 3 month long build competition we called WAR. We are gearing up for more events and would love to have some more players join our community.

Carpet Mod, Krypton, ServerCore and Lithium all help with lag. Plus, we have voice chat installed server-side! Our creative server also has WorldEdit available.

No duplicating items, utilizing cheats, hacked clients, x-raying, or anything else that can give you an advantage that other players do not have. TNT entity duplication is allowed for the purposes of limited perimeter clearing, and in blast chambers for farms. World eaters are not allowed.
No non-consensual PvP. PvP that has been agreed to beforehand is allowed.
Language Policy – No swearing, no offensive, homophobic, sexist, racist, etc. statements. Do not harass other users. This is a family friendly server; several players have their children or young siblings play with them so please watch your language. Do not spam the chat.

Hello everyone. About 4 years ago i was part of a Minecraft smp with a player base of around 12-15 players and it was the most fun i had ever had playing a game. Now i know my past experience of playing on an smp is not so important to most so lets move on. I wanted to create a new smp just like the one i was part of 4 years ago. Just normal vanilla with around 12-20 players just so that everyone knows everyone. The server isnt some free aternos. The Tangles is a new Minecraft server hand-crafted from the ground up by an experienced RPG gamer looking to bring a totally unique and engaging approach to the Minecraft RPG formula. I take a lot of pride in how much effort has gone into the content that's here, from 90% of the NPCs being fully animated with new idle animations, to significant amounts of engaging NPC conversations with branching paths.

Season 2 TFC Civilization Server

Season 1 has just concluded, and we are beginning to advertise again to hope to increase our members for season 2! For those who weren't with us in season 1, I will give a rundown of what we do!

Our server TerraFirmaCultures, is a large-scale civilization server using the TerraFirmaCraft mod as its basis. But this isn't just any other TFC server, we have a whole host of features to distinguish us from the rest. We have made custom crafting recipes to ensure all the mods will work seamlessly together and provide a immersive experience. The server will be hardcore, meaning you have one life and you are out, incentivizing teamplay and careful planning before making dangerous expeditions. If you do die however, all hope isn't lost just yet. There will be ways to bring players back to life if you have enough allies out there who care about you. It wont be an easy task though, and would take some dedication, so don't expect just anyone to do it for you!

The world will be 100% player driven, meaning admins will not be interfering with events happening on the server, and players will be in control. Admins may do events for people to participate in for rewards, however any kind of PVP will not be included in these events. Large groups will be heavily incentivized as the world will be demanding and hard to survive in. Each player must find their role in their town and fulfill it to the best of their abilities to ensure the survival of everyone!

Server re-launch will be in just about two weeks give or take, with no set date as of now. Keep an eye on the Discord for further details and how to join!
