We are a new, small, whitelisted survival multiplayer server that draws inspiration from the Hermitcraft server. Here on the Emerald SMP, we focus on providing a safe and inspiring community for new and rising content creators.

The Emerald SMP is composed of small content creators (youtubers and streamers) who wish to be part of a community that can grow together and support each other in our adventures. Our server is welcoming to users with many different types of playstyles and aims to create an interactive and diverse community of players.

Our server is a vanilla-like, 1.20.1 java server that contains a few different data packs and plugins to improve quality-of-life:

𖦹 Mob / Player Head Drops – makes a player or mob drop their head upon killing. Player heads will always drop, mob heads do not. Keep in mind, only consensual PVP is allowed on this server!

𖦹 Armor Statues – adds a book and quill that allows you to make custom armor stands

𖦹 Silence Mobs – allows you to silence mobs by naming them with a nametag called “Silence me”

Our server is currently on what we call “season zero”. Our main goal is to get our players together and comfortable with each other before launching into our first season. Our season length is to be determined by the players. Each season will also contain a small amount of lore which will develop as the season evolves. During season zero, don’t feel pressured to make content on the server! Season one will mark the official launch of the server and is when the majority of our players will start to create videos.

In order to keep our community safe, we require that everyone who wishes to join the Emerald SMP fills out an application. The goal of our server is to create a safe, engaging, and mature group of individuals that is mostly composed of players aged 15 and up, all united by similar passions and goals. Our application process is outlined below:

𖦹 Read over both the Discord server and SMP rules before beginning your application. The server rules are very important to follow and contain important information relating to your application.

𖦹 Include as much detail as possible in your application and remember to stay truthful to yourself. There is no word-limit, so don’t worry about being too detailed!

𖦹 Once your application is complete, the mod team will look over it and determine if you would be a good fit for our community!
