Basics

Hello Everyone! My name is Chris, otherwise known as Swash. I welcome you to my first modded Minecraft server. This modded server features a way to level up your many attributes, face RougeLike Dungeons, PvP with players, Lycanite’s Mobs (in non-overworld) and Tinker’s (very limited forge) with many addons. As well, we focus on a roleplay aspect, involving different races with the factions mod. With over 138 mods, item blacklist, and quest you’ll be able to go on a modded adventure and level up your sword, and gain unimaginable power.

You can join any faction, but the difficulty increases the further you are from spawn. Multiple dimensions in which you can live exist

Players must respect the beginners of this modded world, they will be completing the tutorial quest that will guide them and hopefully get them started. Punishing newer players will result in a dying server playerbase

There are multiple dimensions where you may fight. However, be wary that we have a mods that spawn difficult mobs in all dimensions, making each one increasingly more difficult than normal. With the further you make it away from spawn, the even more difficult mobs progressively get.

Things You Probably Want to Hear:

– We hand select a small trustable group to act as staff. Anyone caught cheating will suffer a major ban across many discords.
– There are no pay to win mechanics nor purchasable cosmetics with real money.
– The staff and I listens to players! If you have an idea feel free to message me at any time!
– We don’t have annoying chat colors. No annoying rank prefixes that hurt the eyes.
– Extensive configuration to make the modded experience more difficult, but fun.

Hello everyone!

Memelands is an SMP with a close-knit and driven community looking for active long term players over the age of 15. We have been playing on the current map since 2019, so there are loads of unique builds and history to discover! And we will never reset the map, so everything you build on the server will stay there forever and you don't have to worry about a "new season" wiping your progress.

We have players from multiple time zones all over the world, ensuring that the server stays active around the clock. There are events on the server every so often, ranging from jeopardy nights to build contests and sporting activities such as the Memelands olympics. These events are usually held at a time where the most players are able to join in.

We are looking for creative individuals who will want to contribute to our server and be a part of a great community and, most importantly, have fun. The type of player who stops playing on worlds when "everything has been completed" is the complete opposite of what we are looking for.

The server is completely vanilla with the exception of a few essential datapacks (such as 1-player sleep) and protective plugins (we use CoreProtect to detect thieves and griefers). We use Simple Voice Chat to enable in-game voice chat between nearby players. Using Simple Voice Chat as a player is optional and requires installing the client-side mod.

Memelands is largely owned and run by the community. Financing is done through a yearly donation box and votes are held when important decisions about the server are to be made. We have a website where blog posts about the server can be submitted and we also have a Dynmap page where the map (Google Earth-esque) can be viewed live!

Our goal is to create a larger community full of fun and active players!

Basic rules: (more detailed list in our Discord server and website)

No stealing, griefing or hacking.
Be mature and friendly. Respect other's builds.
No bullying, racism, or harassing other players.

(If you see someone breaking a rule you should immediately report the player to an admin)

A whitelist and application system is in place to make sure that our new members are welcomed into a secure environment.

🌐 ｢ Our Server in a Nutshell ｣ 🌐

We are a new server – our community and buildings are all since mid February of 2024. Our current map is 14k by 14k, and will continue expanding to make new vanilla content accessible as it is released and accommodate more players as the server grows. Our vision is to have a server that is as vanilla as possible, while also addressing various QoL issues that come along with a large playerbase on an unwhitelisted server. As such, we have implemented a handful of plugins including renewable elytra (via the ender dragon fight), a simple chest shop system using currency that is interconvertible with diamonds, and night skip with just one player sleeping.

We have an outstanding community of builders! From skyscrapers and cozy villages to high-efficiency iron and raid farms, we have it all. We also have a nether roof transportation hub easily accessible from spawn and with blue ice boat paths. Want to see more? Our photo galleries linked below. There are plenty of active players who are happy to help you get started and fill in the gaps for you!

We have no land claims plugin, but rest assured your builds and items are safe. We use CoreProtect, a plugin which keeps detailed logs of blocks, items, entities, and more. It allows for custom, precision rollbacks of specific players, time ranges, locations, and more. This allows for convenient grief reversal in real time. The CoreProtect inspect command is enabled for all players which allows you to check the logs of containers and blocks; you can see if alterations have been made by someone who does or does not have your permission without needing staff assistance.

Community First: Our primary goal is to foster a fun, cooperative, supportive community on our server. Profit from the server is not a short or long-term goal. We want to scale and develop our community, but at a pace that is reasonable and sustainable.

Long-Term Map: We plan to never reset the map. We want builds, farms, and communities made on the server to be permanent, and this is why we have opted for an expanding map to incorporate content from new releases.

Golden Rule: Respect. Other. Players. You can see a more precise list of rules on our spawn board or Discord server, but in general all rules follow from the simple principles of respecting others and using common sense.

Work Hard, Play Hard: The server is on hard difficulty. There is no keepinventory, no /tp, no /back, no warps other than /spawn and /home, and staff will not use tools to roll back legitimate deaths or mistakes that do not violate the rules. We hope in our community you will become a pro gamer, and this means learning to navigate all the difficulties of the Minecraft world, even if they are sometimes frustrating or inconvenient. We aim to preserve the minimalism and realism of Minecraft, as we believe these features are essential for maximizing players' sense of immersion in our world and community. We hope you will feel the same way if you give it a try!

I decided to bring an old project of mine back to life. Fabulous Miners is a simple SMP server that works on both Java & Bedrock focused on providing a non-toxic, friendly experience. We have levels 1-20 you can level up through by completing different tasks such as mining X amount of blocks, breeding X amount of animals, crafting certain items and so on. The server has an economy with a server shop that buys common/farmable items from you so that you can make an income, players are also able to make chest shops to sell items to other players.

Welcome to the Janitor's Closet!

We are a worldbuilding/roleplay based SMP! we want to give players a fun atmosphere where you can make your own culture, nation, story, and impact!

We don't necessarily follow a build theme, places can be of whatever era, genre, or style in their builds! We like it that way to be unique, as well as encouraging all sorts of story-building and roleplay!

While we think it's awesome that people can make their own religions and cultures and stuff, don't forget that there's always someone you can join!

Lastly, we like to hold fun events! These events vary from being lore-related to ingame fun, and you can also host these events once you have an idea and all!

Joining our Discord is required, everyone who joins does have to fill out a quick app after reading the rules, this is so that we filter out any bad folks and goons.

V For Vanilla is a vanilla SMP started on the 4th of December, 2021. Our goal is to provide players with a true vanilla, unaltered gameplay experience. We have minimal admin intervention, giving players the freedom to play the game how they like, while keeping things fair for everyone by banning cheaters. To keep the vanilla experience authentic there are no game changing plugins or commands.

We have a small community with many people from all around the world. If you are looking for a true vanilla experience we welcome you to join us.
