How to connect and play on this server?
You must have the game version 1.12.2 installed, how can I check it? It’s that simple! When launching the launcher, the game version will be displayed on the right, at the bottom. If it is a different version, you should change the current profile (left, bottom) and select the appropriate client version.
Press the PLAY or PLAY button, wait for Minecraft to load.
Choose from the menu: Network game
Press the button “Direct connection”, or if you want to save the server in your list, press the button “Add server”

We mostly like to hang out on voice chat and it’s not necessary to join or have a mic to be in it!

Kytros Forest’s overworld map was pregenerated with a realistic world generation. We have mountains that go up to the sky limit, rivers that cut the continent, trees taller than vanilla and plains that stretches across far and wide. We a new server with plans to keep this world going for months to come.

Our goal is to build a community of people who love to build or just hang out. We are super laidback with a focus on bonding the community, we discourage economy and encourage the culture of shared resources along with community farms. We are semi-vanilla with only a few quality of life plugins or fun/interesting ones. Hence, we have no teleport commands to encourage people to explore and map the world at their own pace. We have people building at spawn and are slowly expanding out in building new towns and area of interests. VanillaTrade is a fully autonomous minimal survival server that runs 24/7 without any staff or moderation. It is a Paper Spigot server that replicates a Vanilla server as closely as possible. However, players have access to a trading system for safely exchanging items with other players.

This server is brand new as of September 29, 2023, with no players, no advertising platform, and no activity. It is running on dedicated hardware which is expected to still be available 2 years from now. VanillaTrade is a long-term experiment project – it doesn’t have any plans to shut down in the future, and will require dedicated players to create a community in its early months.

VanillaTrade doesn’t have rules for conduct. You can do whatever you want on it. However, all players MUST use the vanilla Minecraft client. Cheats, mods, enhancements, and alterations to the client are the only thing that VanillaTrade forbids, and cheat prevention is active.

This server functions as an experiment in autonomy – there is no community management. Players alone are left to determine the server’s culture. If you join early, you might be able to establish influence.

Even though VanillaTrade has no rules, it still forbids behavior that violates federal US, Canadian, or Australian law.

Hey everyone!

We are a nice'n cozy 18+ SMP community! We are pretty laid-back and we like to keep things as vanilla as possible, just spicing it up with some neat small plugins. So, no land claims here! But dont worry, we do have protection plugins installed to rollback possible grief or stealing!

Our server is running on 1.20.4 and will never reset. Feel free to take breaks and come back to your progress exactly as you left it!

Only catch is, if you decide to leave our Discord, we'll consider it as your departure from the server. This means you'll be removed from the whitelist and your base area may potentially be reset. This is made to ensure long-term sustainability of our SMP community. As time progresses, finding suitable land to settle on becomes increasingly challenging.

We're not picky about who joins; we're all about letting you play the way you love. Whether you're a redstoner, explorer, or builder, you're welcome here. With that said, we are more of a build orientated smp and pretty limited on the technical aspect due to server performance. Our economy is kind of like Hermitcraft, with diamonds as the currency. There is also a shopping district at spawn which is the heart of the server.

As a community, we're into big, ambitious projects, so you'll find some awesome builds scattered around. We've got a mod pack that adds some fun stuff like voice chat and optimization tweaks. It's optional, though—no pressure.

Just a few rules: zero tolerance for discrimination or racism!! We like some banter, but let's keep it friendly. And remember, never trust HMitten!
