Hi, I’ll keep it short and sweet
I’m going to be making a whitelisted, private SMP server. It’ll be a community-based server, all changes discussed with everyone first. It’ll be somewhere you can come home from work and relax, unwind and forget about the stresses of real life.
Think of Mindcrack and Hermitcraft, but with less pressure.
Things that may be tweaked to make the experience slightly more seamless and time-consuming;
– Farming & Tree tweaks, i.e. instant tree cutting and crop replant instantly
– Slightly more ores in order to make things that bit easier
– Minimap/map in order to teleport to coordinates and visit other players quickly
& more to be discussed as a community
I’ve owned many Minecraft servers in the past (public ones), therefore know how to ensure a smooth experience, 99.99% uptime, and handle anything going wrong.

The world is enchanted with spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each season creates a new atmosphere like no other and changes some mechanics
Daily Global Shop / Player Driven Economy
Our global shop rotates every 24 hours and holds limited items. This is to ensure that the shop isn’t a main focus to the economy but more of a support.
Casino / Gambling
We offer an assortment of gambling options. This includes crash (Classic csgo game), coin flips, roulette, jack pot, rock paper scissors, bar gambling, and upgrade gambling. Many of these can be played alone or with friends.
Jobs + Quests
Another way to make money on our server is by doing jobs or quests. Work a job to earn money or do daily quests. Jobs also offer a skill tree to get premium items. Quests also offer a great way to get free crate keys.
Custom Events
This server offers many events that happen from time to time. This includes various fishing contests like catching the most fish, catching the largest fish, or catching a legendary fish. We also have contests like shearing the most sheep or milk the most cows.
Bloodmoons
This event doesn’t happen often, but when it does, be prepared for an army of the undead to attack! During this night, you can gain large amount of EXP
Dungeons
We also offer dungeons on here. This means starting at dungeon level 1 and working your way up the ladder. Dungeons offer keys and custom loot. This is an excellent way to grind for premium items.
Custom Features
We have a few features in productions right now… This includes a Bee tycoon plugin, player holograms, and enhanced mining. These will be released with time!
Conclusion
Survival servers are becoming increasingly popular with many features. We hope to eventually bring something new to the table. This means 1st having a great foundation and then creating an enhanced survival experience that will be memorable. We would love for you to join our server and rate our progress so far. Rhapsody was originally created in June of 2021 to connect LGBTQ+ individuals with a deep interest and appreciation for music, and has since spiraled into an incredible community experience. Find out what makes us stand out from other servers:
✦ Immaculate creativity. Members of our server consistently produce (and encourage the production of) inspiring structures, improve rhapsody with fantastic suggestions, and never fail to bring incredible ideas to light in-game and on discord. This remarkable creativity can be seen frequently in the form of server event entries, warps, and routinely within the #artwork channel in discord.
✦ Nostalgic atmosphere. Many facets of Rhapsody point to those belonging to the way many SMP servers operated in the past. We take great pride in the upkeep of a server reminiscent of a simpler time without the incentives to profit. Furthermore, server members get to enjoy the newer features of the game while experiencing several nods to the past in the form of custom biomes and structures that reflect the way many mods may have presented them during the golden age of modding, yet it is a completely vanilla server.
✦ Attentive staff & community. Many servers will make a claim on this one, but it’s unlikely that many foundations are as strong as Rhapsody’s. The staff of the server take great care in watching out for the community, keeping your best interests at heart and protecting them with great courtesy. While staff are always happy to assist, the community typically upholds rules and policies on their own with outstanding integrity.
✦ Welcoming environment. Beyond the self-sustaining nature and humanity-restoring levels of integrity displayed in this server’s community, Rhapsody has some of the kindest and most intriguing members you will ever have the pleasure of interacting with. Over the years, the community has developed its very own rich social culture that involves a lovely combination of charming wit and sincere kindness towards others.
✦ Enhancements. Originally released to the public running forge (though still joinable with a vanilla client), Rhapsody has an extensive history of modifications and alterations to the vanilla experience. Following the first month of the server’s release in 2021, it has since been reworked as a paper server that features plugins instead of mods. Many of Rhapsody’s plugins and software are bespoke.
The server is currently running 1.19.4 Paper (Vanilla) with a selection of plugins and various other modifications that will make your experience on Rhapsody unique and fun.
★ Comprehensive grief protection and block-logging server-wide. All grief is easily punishable, instantly reversible, and you never have to worry about the complexity of protections provided by claims or region selection.
