One of the biggest questions when considering a new server, is, “What does this have to offer?” I’m going to break this up for anyone that is interested. We are running a Paper Spigot server, which means the server is very optimized and very lightweight. It’s hosted on a beefy dedicated server, collocated in a fiber-lit datacenter in California. Lightweight Factions is one of the few current 1.14 factions servers. On LF, the main goal of the players to strive to create the most powerful faction, all while forming alliances and taking down rivals. This server was created by veterans of Minecraft factions that want to bring new life to the genre by reviving the sense of adventure that old school factions had. By avoiding the same trends that most current factions servers follow such as mcMMO and P2W, we hope to create a fresh and exciting new version of the game.In addition, there are a few things that make us unique:

A rank-up system, that relies on in game money. No pay to win here! Perks include: extra homes, /feed, /heal, /near, economy commands, and special kits. This rank-up system uses “Tiers” and allows players to upgrade from T1 (default) all the way to T4.

Custom built challenges (dungeons) in which players will go into combat against a powerful NPC for loot. Teams are encouraged.

Rewards for joining Discord such as a Factions Powerboost (/f power) from 10 to 15, and perks for being active in the discord server.

A custom built spawn, and custom built mini-games such as a maze and parkour that both take around 20 minutes to complete. Nothing cookie cutter or copy and pasted from a website.

Overall, despite our simple approach, we have much that separates us from other factions servers that play on a version from 2014.Hope to see you soon!

This is a dedicated 1.20.4 survival server with a handful of changes that really add to the survival experience while mitigating some of the less-fun aspects of the game. While it isn't a purely vanilla experience, the goal is to provide something close to a vanilla experience with modifications that we think add a necessary challenge for veteran players, as well as some quality of life changes that remove some of the more tedious or illogical aspects of the game.

The server is running Fabric with a handful of mods and data-packs with some changes to the base game rules. The best part is, the server does not require you to download anything and can be connected to using a vanilla client.

Some of the changes we've made include:

– No natural regeneration

– Hard difficulty

– Improved Dungeons and other structures

The server map is running Terralith along with a variety of custom structures from a few different mods. On the QoL side, we have things such as Treefall, expanded recipes for the stone cutter, cauldron concrete, and minor healing benefits from using a bed.

Howdy! welcome to The Archana SMP, a lore based modded SMP. We're pretty cool with an active player base, snazzy modpack, and special weapons scattered around the map in special temples. Alongside this, we have a 24/7 server with 16 Gigs, soon to be more so a generally Lag free experience is to be expected. We have a 7k by 7k world border that expands by 5k with each set of temples being placed.

What are the weapons?

We use a mod called "Simply Swords" which have unique weapons, each having their own abilities and quirks to make them special and powerful! Holders of said weapons are called "Overlords" and have a higher respect from the Divine Judgement above. They cannot be crafted, only found in those temples mentioned before.
