Almost. Before you ask, yes, you can use cheats. The only bannable offenses are spamming the chat and lagging the server intentionally (and bans are temporary).

Well, the server is seasonal. What this means is that every 6 months the world resets. However, players do get to keep their INVENTORY and MCMMO progress.
The world size varies each season but we make sure it’s big enough for you to be able to hide your bases, unlike on those lame faction servers where the world is only 10k x 10k.
As mentioned above, we have additional plugins like mcMMO, Auctions, Essentials, and others that simply add to the gameplay.
Furthermore, teleportation is very limited. You might ask why. Well, limited teleportation makes distance matter and in turn makes the game more challenging.

Neat, but be warned… this isn’t a kiddie server. Toxicity is commonplace on the server due to its anarchic nature. Don’t expect overwhelming friendliness and hugs. But here’s what you can expect: freedom.
Our goal is to be a middle ground between pure vanilla/anarchy servers and friendly PvE servers. On first you cannot protect your base at all and have to rely on travelling thousands of blocks away. Additionally you may find very little player interaction outside spawn area. On the second there is no other goal than building and servers like this may have trouble to stay entertaining in longer-term. We believe Factions-oriented server will encourage interaction within community based around forging alliances, waging wars and maintaining sports-like competition as we see PvP being the ultimate goal for end-game in Minecraft.
If you’ve ever played classic factions before, chances are that you encountered a server where offline explosions are either always on making the task of protecting your base impossible or always off leading to frustration when defenders logged off to save theirs.
Here if you log out your base will be safe from harm, however once a week on a set time every faction on the server becomes offline-raidable for one hour. It’s our solution to prevent cheesy gameplay style where people log out in order to avoid losing or make unraidable “vault” bases on alt accounts that are always offline. Therefore, you can expect most action happen during raiding hour enabling you to prepare for it in advance.

Big Globe is, at its heart, a worldgen mod which overhauls all 3 vanilla dimensions to be bigger. Ever since Minecraft 1.18, mods and data packs have been able to change how tall worlds are, and Big Globe takes full advantage of this. The overworld in Big Globe is 2048 blocks tall, while the nether and end are both 1024 blocks tall.
But Big Globe isn’t just about making worlds taller. It also provides completely custom terrain features for just about everything, AND it comes with over 100 new blocks to make the game feel more immersive. Most of them are designed to be decorative or fit in with vanilla, but some of them have their own mechanics too, to make certain parts of the game easier. Big Globe also comes with its own scripting language which data packs can use to add their own worldgen features governed by arbitrary rules. The overwhelming majority of Big Globe’s terrain features are, in fact, scripts. But with great power comes great cost: most worldgen added by other mods or other data packs will have no effect in Big Globe worlds. But all is not lost!
