You can join one of the three army corps in which you can rise in rank and exercise your work, or else make a citizen PR such as merchant, criminal, etc. You will therefore be able to live your life as you wish with, in addition to that, a well-thought-out and well-implemented economy. A whitelist is in place in order to be able to guarantee a healthy and quality PR.
