A Unique SettingMost Minecraft roleplay servers are either set in the modern day or in the medieval period. Why not a bit of both? Sonder takes place in a steampunk-fantasy world. Here, nothing stops a daring adventurer from wielding both a shiny sword and a powerful gun! All of this made possible by a wild variety of plugins and systems — some of which are custom made by our developer!
Character Progression and Class SystemCharacters are not static beings. They evolve and change with the story. Sonder offers a system which allows you to represent your character’s growth. Watch as they evolve from another pioneer fresh of the train, to a powerful warrior or a budding industrialist! All of this is made possible by a class system inspired by pre-existing RPGs. You are not the first refugee to be saved from destruction by the Obelisk – and you will not be the last. For fifteen years, we have been the keepers of the Obelisk, the harbingers of lost souls like you. Some have integrated into our people. Others have struck out into the harsh and brutal world of Atlas to build empires of their own. Fewer yet have succeeded.

But an evil force is gaining power in the world, threatening to undo the very fabric of reality itself. Centuries ago, the Arkayo nearly succeeded in summoning their brutal god of chaos into this world. And after all this time, hidden in exile, I fear they are close to summoning him once again.
