The Superflat Experiment

The Superflat Experiment is a 1.20.4 Survival Superflat server started in March 2022 with a single question: What would happen on a survival Superflat server with no rules or limitations?

Since then, over 4000 players have joined and left their mark. This is a difficult server, so don't expect an easy start. Our spawn region currently contains trees and cobblestone provided by the community, but survival is still difficult.

The server has no gameplay rules, meaning utility mods such as Meteor Client are commonly used amongst the server's regulars. An anticheat is in place to prevent extreme movement hacks, but everything else is fair game.

If you are unfamiliar with Superflat survival, as many newcomers are, countless structures are generated in our Superflat world that make nearly every item in the game obtainable. The list currently includes:

  • Villages
  • Strongholds (Nearest is at -216 -1663)
  • Pillager outposts
  • Mineshafts
  • Ruined Portals
  • Trial Chambers (when we update to 1.21)

Welcome to The Superflat Experiment! This server has much more than just Dirt and Grass to offer, and it is up to you to discover the servers rich 2 year history. Released in March of 2022 and updated to the most recent version as they release, all possible structures in a superflat world dot the servers landscape.

TSE has always been community driven, seeing thousands of unique joins, and a small, but dedicated playerbase that continues to keep the server alive.

With minimal admin interference, players are able to make the most of what's possible in a challenging environment, including the use of utility mods such as Meteor client. However an anticheat is in place to limit its effectiveness, and should not discourage players who wish to avoid using hacked clients.

If you're looking for a small server that doesn't have a chat that you can't even type in because the server is filled with 200+ players, you're in luck, because NTRS has 75 player slots!

We have a lot for players to do, and are always working on more cool stuff for you such as pixel art with artmap, pets that you can fly such as dragons, over 20 minigames like spleef, chess, tntrun, dropper, horse racing, survivalgames, and many more!

While I'd like to talk about the VIP privileges, I'm more keen on explaining that you do not need to be a VIP to access anything specifically, and that as a player, I want you to be able to obtain everything for free, without spending money at all, ever.

There are of course Supporter roles that are linked to the website and the discord, but the only real difference between VIP and MEMBER are that it's up to chance, and will take time and luck to get the pets and mmoitems, or even the custom rank prefixes coming soon!

There's honestly a lot I could talk about as this server isn't just another SMP server to me, I've put all the money and love I have into it, and I genuinely hope that you will check it out.

Memelands

Hello everyone!

Memelands is an SMP with a close-knit and driven community looking for active long term players over the age of 15. We have been playing on the current map since 2019, so there are loads of unique builds and history to discover! And we will never reset the map, so everything you build on the server will stay there forever and you don't have to worry about a "new season" wiping your progress.

We have players from multiple time zones all over the world, ensuring that the server stays active around the clock. There are events on the server every so often, ranging from jeopardy nights to build contests and sporting activities such as the Memelands olympics. These events are usually held at a time where the most players are able to join in.

We are looking for creative individuals who will want to contribute to our server and be a part of a great community and, most importantly, have fun. The type of player who stops playing on worlds when "everything has been completed" is the complete opposite of what we are looking for.

The server is completely vanilla with the exception of a few essential datapacks (such as 1-player sleep) and protective plugins (we use CoreProtect to detect thieves and griefers). We use Simple Voice Chat to enable in-game voice chat between nearby players. Using Simple Voice Chat as a player is optional and requires installing the client-side mod.

Memelands is largely owned and run by the community. Financing is done through a yearly donation box and votes are held when important decisions about the server are to be made. We have a website where blog posts about the server can be submitted and we also have a Dynmap page where the map (Google Earth-esque) can be viewed live!

Our goal is to create a larger community full of fun and active players!

Basic rules: (more detailed list in our Discord server and website)

  • No stealing, griefing or hacking.
  • Be mature and friendly. Respect other's builds.
  • No bullying, racism, or harassing other players.

(If you see someone breaking a rule you should immediately report the player to an admin)

I'm 'Weasel Beans', and Beanscraft is a 1.20.4 Survival Multiplayer server. The server has a trading economy based on diamonds, an in-depth claiming and player organization system powered by Lands, PvP, and everything you can experience in the latest version of Minecraft!

My server is supported by patrons, and is verified to be completely EULA compliant, according to an official review by Mojang themselves! Since beginning Beanscraft in early 2019, over 11,000 players have joined. And now recently I have rebuilt the server from the ground up using what I've learned over the years.

There is no whitelist, nor are there any hoops to jump through to start off. Play solo, with friends, or with other active players! There is plenty of freedom here.
