When making an SMP the one thing people tried to avoid is a server dying. Thats what our goal is, Now (alike to hermit-craft) We reset the server every time it runs its course, except unlike hermit-craft when we reset, nothing is the same. The server is a completely different concept, mods or no mods, map or no map, we try to change as much as possible.

Currently we are on version 2, Voice Mod (Optional to Participate in) Morph Mod, and Backpacks

Now i love this server yet theres one problem, and its a very silly problem, Not enough people! So cause of that the server dies faster and faster. Hello, people of Middle Earth! We are a Survival/RPG server running the the Legacy version of the Lord of the Rings Modbut we are not 100% dedicated to role play. Our server aims to allow players to do whatever they want to do in Middle-Earth, as if it were their own singleplayer world, while still having the community of multiplayer. The only difference is simple guidelines allowing for player leadership of factions.

If you have never tried the LotR mod before, this is the perfect server to try it on. We don’t have complicated rules or systems that require you to stop and read every five minutes. Instead, you can explore and play the way you want to as you learn about how the mod works.

There are many factions to choose from, and even if you aren’t a LotR fan, you will soon become one. Most factions are quite small, so they will need help growing to become powerful. It’s up to you, the player, to choose to support the Forces of Good, or Evil and the Order of Shadows. Or perhaps you want to settle down, and live as a farmer. Or even just become a bandit and rob anyone you see, Evil and Good both.

Our server features several structures built by our players, the most impressive of which are visible in our gallery. If you want to build something, we grant access to temporary creative mode to do so.

ZillaSMP; Kingdoms and Politics

ZillaSMP is a Germanic/Latin medieval roleplay SMP with kingdoms, naval warfare, tradable currency, and light RPG mechanics. It's almost like an entirely new game inside of Minecraft! (no mods are required to join)

ZillaSMP is set in a time between King Alfred the Great's death, and the formation of England; just as King Alfred's kingdom of Wessex took its last stand against the vikings. It's not intended to be 100% historically or geographically accurate, it’s meant to serve as a playable “alternate timeline” that is written through player actions and roleplay.

As with any roleplay server, there are many different roles you can choose or be selected for; knight, pirate, viking, lord, liege, etc. There are many kingdoms spread out in ZillaSMP’s 20k by 20k sized map; allowing chances for trade, war, conflict, and negotiations.
