100 years ago the great calamity swept the land with destruction and sorrow. Many met their fate, the remaining diminished over time leaving many incredible treasures behind. Now this once forgotten land has been rediscovered and is being repopulated. Whatever you find you may have. There are many riches strewn out throughout the land just waiting to be found.

The few that survived the great calamity mysteriously continue to survive 100 years later, and are called The Ancients. The mystery as to why these survivors are blessed with long life remains.

The Badlands is a land where the most incredible treasures can be found. Beware, magical spells such as keep inventory, land claim, teloporting and flying are rendered ineffective. Here only the most determined of explorers can survive. You may enter the Badlands through a specific set of portals. NEVER bring anything to the Badlands you are not willing to lose.

The Arena is where disputes amongst explorers are settled and great treasures are won. It is a common occurance for explorers to bicker and fight. The Arena is a place for explorers to solve disagreements, win great riches, and ingrain their names into legend.

The Weener Bandits are a rebel plague within the land who continue to terrorize the citizens. Please keep an eye out for male organ shaped statues and propaganda that may appear, built out of gold.

The story continues to expand and develop from community input! Get involved and help decide what happens next.

Atlantis MMO – RPG – Factions: come and try it! In this mode, anyone can be killed at any time. The aim of the game is to grow and become stronger, challenging and defeating Bosses with unique characteristics!
Factions!

The mode is based on a series of dungeons, composed of particular and characteristic mobs, parkour of different difficulties and bosses with multiple abilities and skills, to be killed in order to continue in the advancement. Players can also split into factions and clash with each other, destroy enemy bases and collaborate in fights and challenges! The dungeons cover different thematic areas and references, from famous titles such as Terraria, to the Divine Comedy of the great Dante Alighieri. In progressing the game different skills are required from the players: from team play to pvp; from farming to trading.

History:
You are in Atlantis, the ancient city scattered on the bottom of the oceans. It is not what it seems, the city has not sunk, but there has been a calamity! It is said that our ancestors, the Atlanteans, found a way, thanks to the help of Poseidon, to create portals to other worlds, other timelines of the universe. All this was created with the purpose of having more information about the event, and how to resolve this situation. It is the purpose of the young adventurers to travel and shed light on what happened, clashing with all those who oppose it, making sure that the story remains dark and unknown. At The Bear Cave, our goal is to stay close to the vanilla Minecraft experience with only plugins that are necessary, fun, or add to the quality-of-life for all players. There are no pay-to-win packages or unfair advantages. The server admins are very active and do their best to keep the server free of hackers, cheaters, hate speech, and harassment. SMP, Survival, PVP, PVE, hard difficulty, 250k world border, dedicated server, mature staff

No teleports other than /spawn, players use the end portal to get home (there is a short path to it in the Nether)

Place an NPC player shop anywhere on the server, usually they are around spawn

Custom plugin provides build protection within a beacon’s effects range (based on its size)

Only 1/3 of players in the overworld need to sleep to change night to day

Collect decorative players heads from killing mobs, players, or by voting for the server

Ability to sit on slabs, stairs, and campfires can be toggled on or off

Hover your cursor over someone’s name in chat to see their server profile/ statistics

The End’s outer islands will be reset every month to allow players the chance to reach loot more easily
