About our Server:
The AbyssMC is a semi-vanilla server which is focused on trust within our own community. We do not have any claims plugin, or chest protection plugins, or even a whitelist or a greylist instead, we rely on the communitys ability to work together in order to create buildings and towns simply not possible in single player.
Our Plugins:
We strive for simplicity and to maintain the vanilla feeling, while keeping managing a multiplayer server possible. Here, you will find our five plugins and our reasons for using them. None of them directly affect a players gameplay.
Coreprotect: Gives admins the ability to roll back any grief or theft that occurs, and to trace the source.
PermissionsEX: Makes managing roles and commands easier, mainly for admins.
ChatFormatter: Formats the chat in a different way.
Dynmap: A fun plugin that allows for players to view other builds that have been created and to find areas that are still open to be built in.
ProtocolSupport: Allows for 1.8-1.12.2 clients to connect to the 1.12.2 server.
Rules:
1. Be mindful of spawn on other players when building. Keep spawn open for trade and signs.
2. Be respectful in chat.
3. PvP should be agreed upon by both players before occurring.
4. Do not grief or steal, all containers are private unless marked public.
5. No cheating, this includes x-ray, flying, exploits, or any other mod that affects gameplay. If you are unsure about a mod being allowed, ask a staff member.
Other Features:
1.12.2 Gameplay and world generation, elytras, shulkers, and end cities have been untouched, as well as other new features.
