We are heavily inspired by hermitcraft and their community as a whole. We have proximity chat and an installation guide for it. This gives us a much larger sense of community. Of course, proximity chat is optional and isn’t forced. We also have datapacks that enrich the vanilla experience. You can find out more about this info in our discord. SURVIVAL SEASON 2 FULL RESET! NEW SPAWN! Soar SMP is protected with land claim, and you gain more as you play. We try to keep it as close to normal vanilla survival as possible. There are FREE in game ranks that you work towards. PvP is toggleable per player, so it’s your choice to enable your own PvP or not.

In Soar SMP, you build automated farms (no lag machines) to get crops for money. Use that to achieve the in game ranks and also become the wealthiest player on the server. There are also Jobs which you can make money but also get points. You can use those points to by Vehicles (Planes, Trains, Cars, etc.) You can also use points to buy spawners.

Newly added custom fishing! Find new types of fish and bait. There are also daily fishing tournaments at certain times of the day for rewards. Soar SMP has shopkeepers for trading with other players. Use player warps to get to players shops. Great community. Uses Economy. It solely based on trading and interacting with other players.

Newly added resource world and events! The resource world resets every 24 hours and is limited with a decent size world border. We added in /events and with these there will be daily, weekly, and monthly events. If you are in the top 3, you will get a few good rewards (Keys, Job Points, Money, Diamonds). The weekly and daily events will be changed once a week, so that you have fresh events to compete in.

We are a Whitelisted semi-vanilla survival server enhanced with; an armor-stand editor, proximity chat, mini-blocks, and other plugins that give players the closest gameplay experiences to that of Hermitcraft. Most other plugins used are for moderation and lag efficiency like Core Protect which helps keep our community a safe and friendly place this means there are no plugins that drastically alter the vanilla experience such as; /landclaim, /sethome, or /tpask /tpahere.

We also have new bonus servers available! Including Last-Life and a Creative test server! Here at Blithe, we encourage creativity; mega-bases, player shops, minigames, group builds, redstone projects, cityscapes, or anything else. If you can dream it we want to see it!

Is this server “Vanilla” or “Semi-Vanilla?”
It seems like players always have new ways of describing semi-vanilla or vanilla servers, so for simplicity sake, let’s say no. We offer a few plugins and data packs on The Sandbox, such as multiplayer sleep, /home sets, player teleport requests, and chest claiming. More features may be added in the future if you and the rest of the community want them added!
Can I claim my land on The Sandbox?
As of right now, our claiming and protection system is very simple and bare bones. You can claim interactable blocks like doors, chests, and others by placing a sign on them using our BlockLocker plugin. If any damage is done to your builds, a server operator can revert all of it back to normal in a matter of seconds!
