The World of Aethius
Set on the continents of Aversia, Aethier features a custom rendered map full of unique player factions, dungeons to explore, and beautiful landscapes. The server boasts a Medieval high fantasy setting with countless possibilities: questing knights, powerful mages, vampire-like Vallah, Dwarves, plant people Sinnehliv, mer-folk Syrien, animalistic Dryads and Leonin, holy paladins, demonic servants, and much, much more! Aethier prides itself on its expansive lore and diverse setting. Aethier is a roleplay heavy server, meaning that the primary facets of the server, such as politics and combat, rely on roleplay rather than faction plugins or vanilla minecraft mechanics. Aethier is run by a collection of teams including Welcome Team, Moderation Team, Lore Team, Event Team, Factions Team, Custom Items Team, and Operations Team, all of which are made up of dedicated players who want to see the server succeed.

The major factions on Aethier are ever changing as power shifts hands in the political system. A vast majority of our factions are player made and run, with the exceptions of a few event factions run by Event Team to further add to the diversity of our setting and detail of the storyline.
