When you first join the server, you are a Recruit in the army.
The first 3 ranks exist to learn how the server works, working your way through them will require grinding – they are quite easy though. With each new rank, you gain access to the next mine.
To start off, head to Mine A. Once you have enough money, you can raise to the next rank by using “/rankup”.
As you work your way through the first 3 ranks and reach the Private rank, you can then leave the “Camp World” and go into the “Wilderness” to build your own town, using Towny. When you choose to leave Camp, you can do so with “/rtp”.
Once you have left Camp, be sure to use “/sethome” when you find a suitable location with “/rtp”, so you can return there with “/home”.
You will also gain access to new mines, shops and an RPG area, where you can fight custom mobs and earn great rewards.
The goal is to achieve the highest rank (General of The Army) and build a community within your town.
Alongside new areas, each rank you gain also contains more permissions. To view all the ranks, use “/ranklist”.
