The Verras Network is a 1.16.2 fantasy RPG factions server. We use a complex class system (verras.xyz/wiki) that, when coupled with our custom world generation, makes for a brand new Minecraft experience! Our custom raiding plugin also turns the normal gamemode on its head. With a little inspiration from the popular survival game Rust, we’ve developed an intricate raiding system based on block health, scavenging blueprints, and hording gunpowder. There are ranks on this server, but we realize that a lot of people can not donate do instead a staff will give a rank to someone when they feel it is necessary. The server was started in January 2019. It is total anarchy with no staff or moderators, hack, cheat, build, grief. Explore a massive world walked on by hundreds of players before you.
Hardware: i9-9900K cpu, 10 GB RAM, 500 GB RAID SSD storage, 2 gbit/sec internet uplink. The server is hosted in Canada, operated in the USA.
The map is permanent, 20 months old and 28.0 GB, with 676 players visiting.
The Nether and End have been reset due to corruption. There wasn’t much in those dimensions, what was lost can easily be redeveloped in a couple weeks.

The Fantasy Network is a fun-first Minecraft community with its main server being FantasyRpg. FantasyRpg is a 24/7 server that runs a heavily-modded custom-developed RPG experience. It runs the same-named plugin FantasyRpg that facilitates the RPG experience and adds a traditional levelling experience for players (exp, levels, stat points), levels to monsters, randomly generated dungeons, guilds, spells for players and mobs, monster ranks, custom items and much more.
FantasyRpg has PVP enabled, but we offer land claiming with grief prevention and ‘Warding’ to create grief proof bases. To prevent players from only camping in their base 24/7, random dungeons are generated hourly that is full of loot and monsters. They are great areas to farm items and experience, so use them well!
FantasyRpg runs in three-month seasons with a ladder reset (world and player resets) at the end of each three-month season. These new seasons allow for the server environment to be balanced at a much faster pace than not, letting players level up and acquire interesting spells and gear within hours, rather than over days and weeks. It also lets new players catch up with veterans and start off on equal footing. And, these new seasons are also when major plugin updates will occur.
