Essentially, you kill players which levels you up and gives you funds which allow you to get more gear. In this case gear is just like default minecraft, diamond/iron/netherite that you can enchant at a low level at spawn, or at the full enchanter in the arena. Also don’t worry, you have plenty of personal chest storage at spawn so you can build up your stash.
