This plugin allows you to build chairs out of stairs by simply putting signs at the sides.
ObsidianBreaker
Allows you to break obsidian blocks with the use of Explosions.

Big trees spawn around our world, thanks to this plugin. Nice for building treehouse bases.

SilkSpawners
The ability to mine a spawner with silktouch. Warning: only donors can do this. Others can attempt to drop the spawner by blowing it up.
