Data packs are set for the drop of heads from players, the drop of heads from mobs, changing armor stands, skipping a night by one player in a bed.
There is a CoreProtect plugin that allows you to check the activity of a specific block. Write the command /co i in the chat and right-click on the chest/shulk from which resources were stolen. And if, on the contrary, something was broken or built, then left-click.
