Aedificium survival is a survival Earth SMP built on a high scale map of the Earth, with nation borders kept intact and factions-style land claiming for players who want to grab and hold chunks. It's got a pretty loose ruleset too, so if you like a more open survival server where politics, land control, and player-made nations matter, this is the kind of place you're looking for.
The server runs on 1.17, and there's also a dynamic map available through Dynmap so you can check out the world straight in your browser. That makes it easier to see where claims, borders, and communities are forming without having to wander around blind.
