Minecraft Civilisation is a common genre seen in many youtube channels such as MagicGum, Cmrn, and Sword4000.
This is what happens in the game:

players are put into groups of 3 teams.

Each team is given a third of the map, where they remake civilisation with building and organising their own countries
One king is also elected

After a while, the border between each civilisation drops, and they are forced to fight to the death

Every team is in Hardcore mode – no one can come back, once they die, they are gone forever.
