Seqcraft SMP is a community of Minecraft players who enjoy the gameplay as Vanilla as possible – but who got bored with playing single-player. In general we are just looking to meet new people from all over the world while we play. Our community is hermitcraft-minded (if that makes sense to you).
We are currently on Season 5, having just reset our world about a month and a half ago.
We have a strong core community and have people from all backgrounds, preferences and flavors, and we're currently welcoming in a new wave of members to join us.
We enforce a policy described as "be fair and be decent (no stealing, griefing, cheating, bullying, uninvited pvp-ing, hate and *-ism" or excessive drama). Playing together and building starter bases close to spawn is encouraged. A communal area is not too far from spawn. We enjoy "as vanilla as possible". Litematica, Xaero's Map mods, Tweakeroo allowed. Most official major Java edition release instantly initiates a 7 day countdown to a world reset and a new season (unless voted against a reset by a majority of the community). A world download will be provided after a reset.
We have players ranging from 13 to 40+. As we focus on having a mature community where adult behaviour can be expected, the bottom line on the server is; no drama. We do allow members under 18 or even 15 in – when it concerns younger members these are often family members of an existing member who vouches for them or players that sent a decently motivated whitelist application and have been given a chance to show if they are suitable/can behave mature enough.
