Welcome to [Poof]! I’m still getting things set up but here’s my vision:
– Semi-vanilla Minecraft experience: I want playing on [Poof] to feel mostly like vanilla. There will be plugins to make playing with friends easier, such as /warp, /home, and sign shops for a common shop area with plots. Regardless, the focus will be on vanilla things like building huge farms, bases, and other building projects.
– Community Focused: I’ve played on a lot of semi-vanilla servers in the past, and I always enjoyed seeing the same players online every day and having small interactions. Over time I seemed to unintentionally make friends.
– Events and Prizes: Eventually I want to set up monthly or weekly competitions such as “who can get the most cacti in a week” or make a boat ice-drift track and have a race.
There’s still a lot to do, but in the meantime you can set up your base with /wild, /home set, and get started building. If you’re interested in rebuilding the server spawn or helping with any of the other buildings like shops, let me know!
