Evo SMP challenges the classic SMP meta and instead offers a unique experience
- where players must evolve and adapt to the world. The core idea of Evo SMP is to challenge the usual survival multiplayer meta; instead of having all players instantly acquire tremendous wealth and automated resource farms, they must instead adapt to the different eras and evolve alongside the world – taking full advantage of their available arsenal and relying more on skill and strategy rather than stashes.
The server is divided into continuously progressing eras
- each era opening a new pool of available resources and gear. The most skilled players aren't those who specialize in one type of warfare, but those who can quickly adapt and excel in any given environment. The players have absolute freedom when forging their destiny – they can form groups and factions, fight in wars over the limited resources, build ambitious cities and rise to the top. The story aspect of the server allows for special challenges and treasure hunts, which will lead to attaining special items. As an era passes, the meta changes, and the strongest are redefined. A union of geopol and change.
