Description of the server Neltarion is a server that positions itself as a Border Anarhy, but also contains elements of the RP component.
Border Anarhy – Anarchy in which people can do anything in the conventions of minecraft. That is, cheats and dupes, bugs at the request of the server are prohibited. Also on such anarchy there may be a donate that does not give a strong advantage to the players, and the administration has the right to intervene only when the server is at risk.
Do not write that this is no longer anarchy, complete anarchy cannot be in theory, because the server will simply be turned off as a result.
